Bed Centre Ziggy Grey Plush Sprung Memory Foam Divan Bed Set With Mattress, 2 Drawers (Bottom Base) And Headboard (Double (135cm X 190cm))

Brought the super king size version of this bed and was delivered within 3 working days. Guys who delivered it were excellent and kept me informed of delivery time all the way. Now about the bed. Amazing value for money. Mattress is very comfy and nice to be sprung along with memory foam top . I did have a cheaper memory foam mattress before that was just foam and didn't have the support this one does. The size of the bed is great it's very large and for 2 people there's loads of room. I assembled it in roughly 10 mins. There's no instructions but it comes as 2 pre built bases all you have to do is fit the legs in the holes, fit the side hooks to secure the bases together and then fit the Headboard. Has 2 large drawers 1 either side which are good for storage. All in all amazing value for money the finish looks a lot more expensive than the price it's sold for I would definitely recommend this bed. I was considering paying a lot more money but I'm glad I didn't as this bed is great.

Really pleased with this purchase. I bought this for my 16 year old now he’s getting bigger. The reviews are very accurate which I relied upon before placing the order. The quality for the price is excellent. It looks really nice and is very comfortable. I made the mistake expecting 2 drawers on one side just like the picture but it did say in the listing that the drawers are in the base section of the bed. Bed was easy enough to put together. Just needed a slight knock from a hammer connecting 2 feet that were stubborn to go into the hole. This is nothing unusual as I’ve had this problem before. Communication and delivery was excellent. Overall really pleased and would purchase again.

The bed is gorgeous easy to assemble and very comfy. Draws dont look very sturdy though yet to try them out.Delivery company was shocking! Delivered half a bed, they claimed they couldn't find the other half and when they did sent it back! After ringing everyday finally managed to get the rest of the bed delivered 2 weeks later! 2 rescheduled relievers for the rest of my bed a time slot of 5PM-7pm yet the delivery turned up at 9.40pm!

Wow a really good super king bed for an amazing price! Had reservations buying online and compared with how much local large retailers "expect" you to pay for the same thing but I was not disappointed and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.Bed Centre made ordering a doddle and was dispatched/delivered so quickly and with the run up to Christmas. It shows what can be done and that it is not the norm to expect huge waits from purchasing beds to delivery as retailers lead us to believe.Special mention to the delivery service company Panther Logistics that were used who somehow flew the superking up to 3rd floor townhouse bedroom in no time at all and kept me informed on delivery date and time.Mattress provided is really comfortable and good quality. We were expecting for the price to have to buy a decent mattress as a replacement but the bed is perfect as is for an unbelievable price.Only negative is the headboard is large and could do with being more secure as wobbles quite a bit due to lack of another fixing point further down the divan. Customer services were quick to respond and happy to send out extra parts if they were required. Top notch bed and service, thanks!

I am just thrilled with the quality of this bed. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing. The mattress is lovely and really comfortable. This is definitely a best buy if you are looking for a sturdy bed with mattress and headboard. I just love it. The supplier kept me well informed of the delivery date and time and I received a time slot for delivery, which they kept. I can't fault anything :)

So the bed itself looks great and was so easy to put together, can't deny that! The delivery was AWFUL, the 2 blokes delivering it tried to leave the whole thing at the bottom of the stairs (just me and my 1 year old home). After I asked them to please take it up to the bedroom, they took the base up with ease and then left, leaving a king-sized matress at the bottom of the stairs! I thought about complaining but knew it wasn't worth the hassle. So the bed was fine for the first 6-7 months, then it started creaking with every single movement made (crazy annoying right!?), but I could live with it etc.. then a week ago I roll over in bed and the hard board beneath me just collapses! Scared the life out of me! Now, I know we've had this bed about 12 months, but a bed should last longer than that! So I log on to amazon customer services etc and they refer me back and forth to the seller to swap it or refund it as it should not have broke right? This communication back and forth has gone on for a week, I've provided pictures when requested and explained exactly what's happened. All the company keep saying as its 10 days out of Warranty so they will not do ANYTHING. 10 DAYS OUTSIDE OF A 12 MONTH WARRANTY AND THEY WILL NOT DO A THING! Disgraceful service! I've learnt my lesson, I won't be buying any big furniture off amazon and their 'trusted sellers'. I was lied to by 4 different Amazon customer service associates that assured me on numerous occasions that I would be granted my exchange or refund and the whole thing has wasted hours of my time for the last week. Now im resorting to sleeping on the mattress on the floor until i can afford to purchase a new bed and I'm £300 down. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If i could give this bed more than 5 stars, I would. I would certainly buy it again, incredibly good value and soooo comfy.
