I’m impressed with the quality of this product. If you like to collect filtered bacon grease to store in the fridge and use with cooking other items as needed then this is excellent. It has a wide top that’s easy to remove for cleaning and good when pouring from a pan onto its top built-in filter. If you need one…..this is a good choice.

Been tired of using coffee fillers and a can to filter bacon grease. I really like this little unit. It works really well at filtering out the bits in the oil. I was really surprised at how well it worked. The design and built is done well. I really like the design and the unit is very easy to use. Who ever design this unit did a good job. The only thing I would have changed is the thickness of the metal. I would have went a little bit thicker on the metal size, but it's fine as is. I just prefer a thinker metal. I'm sure this filter container will last years of use with proper use and cleaning. I like it allot.

This grease keeper has been a welcome addition to the kitchen. I love keeping my bacon grease and using it for seasoning and such, but it was difficult to strain and keep it fresh. The built-in strainer is easy to use/clean and the can fits in the fridge well. I can melt the contents easily by placing it on the keep warm spot on my glass cooktop. I like that it is stainless steel. My grandmother's grease can was aluminum, and I feel this is healthier and cleaner. Well-made and user friendly. I recommend.

It's a nice size for bacon grease and does the job intended. My only complaints: the metal is thin and it dents easily, and the two-part lid/screen is a little awkward to use but is functional.

Makes collecting bacon grease simple. No chunks of anything fall through. Strainer comes off easily to clean out the junk.

Like that is safe because is stainless steel. Less likely to drop it because is lighter. If it were to be dropped, no fear of breaking into many pieces and/or suffering injury. Ceramic Grease Containers look nice but are heavy even more so when full of grease, and will shatter if dropped. Recommend this to anyone wanting a practical solution to disposal of used cooking oil/fat leftovers using a safe container.

Amazon wants to know what I used this product for; I suspect nobody will be surprised to hear that I use it to store bacon grease. Strainer works well. For those who don’t know, pour it in hot. Easy to clean? Not necessarily—it’s full of grease.
