No more rear sag
I have a 1995 4Runner SR5 with the worn out original springs. Install took about two hours. We'll see how it goes loaded up and on the trail.

2nd Generation 92 4runner 3.0
If you are reading these reviews you already know the issue with saggy back end 2nd gen 4runners. After years of talking about doing something about it I finally decided to remedy it and because I needed new shocks anyway, it was time to swap the springs and I am glad I did! I wanted to keep my stock rig stock and these did not disappoint. Firmed up the ride but not uncomfortable at all, and that's not a negative, I was rolling on old tired saggy springs and old blown shocks, so the "firm" ride is normal and it feels great.I took before and after measurements and I gained 1" exactly from the ground to bottom of receiver hitch and a bit over 3/4" in the rear wheel well. My 4runner looks level now and the ride is restored.edit: regarding the June 30th review above. These do restore the STOCK rear height. From factory the front wheelwells are taller than the rear giving the appearance ride is not level. These springs do exactly as advertised and restore to level ride. You have to know where to measure to see ride is actually level, you can't measure ground to top of wheelwell and use that as your reason front is "higher"

No more sag ever!
1990 Toyota 4runner 22re. I got these to replace my sagged out OE springs. They are much firmer but not too harsh and they reduced body roll significantly. After living with them for a few years, I would say that they could be too firm for some. If you are driving off road a lot with no load and want maximum articulation then these might be too stiff. I realized how stiff they were when I went camping with 2 of my friends and a dog. We had over 800lbs of passengers and the 2nd back seat and cargo area were full too the roof. We were over loaded and gave the 22re a work out but the rear suspension felt great. That's when I realized how stiff these springs are. There was no noticeable sag and little body roll. When I drive it empty now I notice it is a little stiff. Since I'm not a light packer and I plan to overland vs rock crawl, they work great for me. If you travel light, however, I would just get spring spacers. Update: I decided that these springs were too stiff compared to my front OME bars. So I bought the OME medium rear springs in hopes of matching the fronts. The OME springs raised the rear about 2" above stock height and are not as stiff. The ride is more balanced front to rear now. As for the moogs they are still a good spring. I would recommend them for people that want to restore their 4runner to stock height and want a firmer ride for loads or aggressive on road driving. Matched with a firmer front torsion bar you can make your 4runner handle better on the street. However, if you want to raise your 4runner above stock height, without other modifications, for improved off road driving and a slightly firmer ride then get the OME medium.

Spring
Great! Holds 4Runner up and support the body good. Stiffer then stock a tad but love it

Restores factory ride height.
I used these on our 1994 Toyota 4Runner, which had the typical 4Runner rear-end sag on the 25 year old springs. Bottom line is that they restored the original ride height in the rear the way I wanted them to.Side by side, the factory springs sit about a half of an inch taller than the new Moogs, but it’s clear that the construction is more heavy duty. Installation took about 30 minutes with a jack, jack stands, and pneumatic tools. Once in place, the rear end was raised about 1.5 inches, which is really where it should have been anyway. These don’t lift your truck, they just restore the factory ride height. With three kids and a bunch of snow gear in the back, I only experienced about an in of sag which is a great improvement over the factory springs. I can’t speak to longevity because they’ve been installed for 24 hours at this point, but initial indication is that they are quality.

Restored my sagging rear back to stock height
I installed these springs paired with Bilstein 4600 shocks. Before my rear sagged and was bouncy as a trampoline. The springs and shocks got me about 2.5 inches of lift in the rear from my sagging before state. Highly recommended, I also found this to be one of the easier installs I've had to do on my 4runner. Drop the spare tire and have two jacks on hand for the work, one to support the rear diff and keep any brake lines or sensors from stretching too far and another jack to seesaw the diff and help give you easy access to remove/reinstall springs.

Better than expected
Just want to thank everyone who wrote a review about their Moog CC255 Coil Spring Set. Your input gave me the confidence to make the purchase. The one thing that I read and would like to pass along is that one of the post said that the Moog coils are shorter than the original equipment. That really concerned me but I went ahead and ordered. I was really that I did. No more saggy bottom on my 1993 Toyota 4runner. It sits up proud and the ride is so much better. I was thinking about putting the 1 1/2 inch spacers in too but they won't be needed. Strong value for the money. I spent more money on the installation than I did on the coil. Keep posting feedback everyone.

Buy something else, shorter than stock
Bought these to fix the rear sag in a 1994 Toyota 4runner, unfortunately these are shorter yet thicker than the saggy stock ones and the back only came up about a inch so the back is still lower than the front. This is unacceptable. And now I either have to buy spacers (ick) or another brand that would bring me back to stock height. What a shame and a waste of money. I can not recommend these and would not buy them again. For reference: these were put on a 1994 Toyota 4runner with Bilstein shocks and 31/10.5 tires and vehicle is completely unloaded.

Perfect for the 4Runner
Perfect for the 4Runner, I paired them up with the rancho shocks and daystar 1 1/4" coil spacer and it brought the rear end up 4". Slightly higher than stock. Easy to install and work well on and off road

Bought them for my 95 4Runner.
Bought them for my 95 4Runner. They were a little shorter then the factory springs so did not fix the saging rear end but stiffened up the ride
