Men's Alpargata Cupsole Sneaker

I actually feel bad writing this, I love Tom’s, and I’ve worn them for 15 years. That being said I ordered a pair this past week in the size of shoe I wear, the size of other pairs of Tom’s in fact, and they were much too large. Hesitantly I asked to speak to customer service, know good and well it was not their fault, or the delivery driver, this could have simply been a mismatch between myself and the app. Either way, I didn’t see it fair to be charged for what would otherwise be incredible shores knowing that I would never wear them, so I put a warning that though this may only be just my personal experience, my size ordered was much too large for my foot. Again, I love the brand, service, costumer service, and delivery- I believe this was simple anecdotal and would continue advocating for the company out there putting shoes on our fee and those waking up every day making it possible for us to wear then. Thank you for your time.

I’m really disappointed in both pairs of Tom shoes I purchased. Are they made for men with tiny feet. Also, the style looks nothing like the photo. Even their flipflops were subpar. I bought these on a recommendation. Never again. Cheaply made and even buying a larger size they still don’t fit.

i wish i would have bought some sooner. Most true to size shoe ive ever owned. The material is ridgid enough to slip on without using my hands but firm enough to where my feet dont move or slip out while walking. I also appreciate the wonderful insoles in them. I hiked 3 miles in these comfortably. I initially bought these as house loafers but bought another outdoor pair cuz i liked them so much.

I carefully read reviews and product specifications and all. As the picture shows, left foot fits ok, but the right one is like a size smaller

These aren't cheap. That's the first thing to say. They're comfortable, though and seem well made. Only time will tell. It's a pity the Toms logo on the heel is in light blue....doesn't really go with the black espadrilles.

Great Tom's product but the box says size 9 the shoe disagreed as it was a size 10. But still great product at a great price, shame I will have to wait for next summer now to fully utilize.
