J'aime bien tres bon produit. Je prends 30g apres chaque repas pour ne pas choquer mon estomac. J'ai aussi arrêter de manger kellogs, gateau et sucrerie. Et si j'ai besoin de sucre apres avoir mangé je prends 30g dans un verre 200~ml de lait sans ajouter du sucre. Par contre je vous conseille de l'acheter dans le magasin officiel de BioTechUSA. Consulter un medecin si vous avez des problemes de santé avec le lait avant d'utiliser Hyper Mass.
