I ordered this belt to wear during my long runs for marathon training. I have never worn a belt before and was worried it would bounce while I was running, but this belt works like a charm. It is adjustable, and sits securely in place around the waist while I am running. I have had no problems with it bouncing while I run and I feels quite comfortable. With this I can carry 18 oz or water on me, and three SIS gels and my phone. It has really been convenient to have on those longer training runs.

This is a very comfortable belt! It sits nice and snug on my hips and doesn’t bounce or shift - which is hard to achieve with my hourglass shape! The pouch fits my iPhone XS perfectly. My husband has one of these belts too and also is very pleased with it. The only issue is your arms could potentially brush against the bottles depending on your torso length and how you hold your arms during a run. I have a somewhat short torso and my arms do sometimes hit just a bit right when I start running, but not once I really get going. I guess I naturally adjust my arm position. I love the belt so much otherwise that this really isn’t an issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Overall a good hydration belt. The straps tighten well so the belt doesn’t bounce on the hips as you run. The only reason it is not a five star is because the zipper pouch is just a tad small. I have to work to get my iPhone 8 Plus with hard case cover inside. It does fit however.

I love this belt! I am training for my first marathon and chose this belt based on reviews like this one, and they didn't lie. Just enough space to fit phone, fuel, keys (essentials) and just enough water to carry. No bounce either!

Love it! No bouncing when I run. But the pouch isn’t big enough for my phone with the otter box case.

This belt only lasted 4 months ! The elastics that hold the water bottles in place both broke at the point of connection.

My phone fits and my snacks. I just wish I didn’t have to pull it so tight like it’s a tourniquet around my waist so it doesn’t bounce. If my midsection was firmer it might not have to be so tight but I’m squishy. And the weight of the bottles makes it bounce

Good quality. Stays put. It seemed kind of expensive but I have a feeling that I’ll be able to use it for more than 5 months.

Perfect design. I’ve tried so many different kinds of water bottle belts and this one is by far the best. It is comfortable with the padding, the bottle design is curved which allows for movement when running, and the bottles don’t have a plastic taste to them. Highly recommend!

Excellent all round, secure fit

Ein hochwertig verarbeiteter Gurt der aber nur vorne getragen werden kann. Wird dieser Gurt mit den Flaschen nach hinten getragen, ist durch das Laufen mehr Bewegung im Gurt und leider die Flaschen nicht ganz Dicht. Bei mir führte dies zu einem nassen Gesäß! Deswegen nur 3 Sterne!

Too tight for my iphone in a case

Secure & Comfortable for long distance runs. No chafing. Not a 5 because lids leak when open and are too not easy to open.
