Great lentil pasta & wonderful customer service
Just had issue w Amazon fulfillment and explore cuisine customer service was super quick and helpful. While here, I figure I should also comment on the product. This lentil risoni is great for those looking for clean, gluten free pasta that’s higher in protein with a small shape. Son is on medical diet for inflammatory bowel disease (Specific carbohydrate diet) and this is a terrific yummy replacement for rice, cous cous, pasta, etc. It’s great w oil/seasoning/parm, in soups, and w dishes that are saucy like chicken piccata to absorb the sauce. There is no other small option that’s lentil based. It’s been a weekly staple product in our house for the last 3 years. Thank you!!!

Works great!
When my favorite gluten free lasagna noodles were no longer available, I went on a search for new ones. I am gluten free by necessity. I tried brown rice noodles which were completely unsatisfactory. They were way too mushy by the time they cooked.I decided to give these a try based on the reviews. I am glad I did. We really enjoyed these. They cook up nice and tender but maintain enough texture to avoid being mushy. And you really can't tell these are made with peas and lentils (although I love both of those ingredients) once they are cooked.I made a small pan of lasagna with them and used a little over a box.My only complaint is that they do not fit into my lasagna pan (has 3 channels). We love the browned edges. So I solved that by buying 2 small pans (we like different ingredients between the 2 of us). The bottom 2 layers require me to break off a bit of a noodle to get it to fit, but that's not a deal breaker. And they fit perfectly by the time I've reached the third layer.Easy to use, great texture, and good flavor...I'm happy with these and would purchase again.

My absolute favorite!
This is so good and as someone with alot of food allergies, this checks all the boxes. You can make so many different meals with this and it cooks really fast. If you looking for a gluten-free chickpea past with no extra stuff this is it. My only issues is that I can not find it anymore... When its back please let me know.

The ONLY “noodles” we ever use for lasagna anymore
Obsessed with these. We use them for plant-based lasagnas and they taste wayyyy better than regular noodles - plus they’re easier to use and are packed with protein and healthier! They’re oven ready - you don’t need to pre-cook them, just layer moist ingredients around them, bake, and they’ll come out soft and delicious. My husband never liked lasagna until we started using these. They’ve always been a hit whenever we have company over for dinner too. Must try these!

Feed the left-overs to my chickens
Still trying to figure out an optimal way to incorporate these chickpea risoni into a preferred dish recipe and method of cooking. But overall, I like the concept and nutritional value. The leftovers I have, I will mix with whatever else not eaten that's still fairly edible and healthy and feed to the 8 chicks in the coup.

Great healthy legume-derived pasta
Great healthy pasta for a reasonable price. I used it to make porridge with dark chocolate as my first recipe using just 1/2 cup, and it was tasty and satisfying! I highly recommend this for those health-conscious and wants to try interesting foodstuff! Probably the only downside is the carbo content at 33g but you wouldn’t be eating it everyday otherwise protein content is great!

Great “risotto” from lentils. YUM!
So many dishes are once again possible now that I discovered the lentil risotto. For those of us that must be grain free, this risotto made from lentils is perfect. I do tend to undercook it by a minute or two when adding to something. I salt it when it is cooking. The taste is great and for me a very good price point. An expanded menu is always a good thing. Now I can enjoy more options. Yum!

Fine Replacement For Pasta
Cutting carbs but love pasta? This product will do in a pinch. Good taste and texture. Very quick to cook. Wish there were more forms of it.
