The pocket is great! Plenty of room for my phone, Gu packet, kleenex, keys, and ID with a secure zipper and the headphone hole for my favorite earbuds. The belt clip is small profile to not chafe or interfere with my stride but big enough to not cut into my waist either. The big negative is the water bottle pouch. Much too small for all my standard size water bottles to easily slide in/out. Every time I need a sip I have to slow down and use both hands to stretch the pouch as far as possible and barely get the bottle in. Then the bottle sticks up much higher than the rest of the belt (it's not angled properly; too upright) and poked into my back, stomach, or touched my elbow... I tried everything and couldn't find a comfortable spot to position it. might be okay for casual walking or hiking but did not work for running.

It is a little fiddly getting my cell phone in but I got it. Very comfortable to run in. I don’t remember if it spins when I run (it’s been too hot). It is a lot more comfortable, durable and I can’t feel the cold of the water through the belt.

This worked great. Kept my water bottle in place. I didn't do any running, just a 5 mile hick. I'll probably need to get a bigger one when I get a new phone. If my next phone is bigger then the one I have now Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge it won't fit. I do wish it pocket was a little bigger. I could only take my car key fob and not all of my keys.

Tried wearing this a couple ways - around my waist & across my chest. Around the waist, it rides up and rubs. Too heavy with a water bottle. Good for my phone. Around my chest, it slides. It doesn't stay put, but more comfortable than around the waist.

Perfect for running. Lightweight, has two pockets, holds full size water bottles and fits great. I read some reviews about a smell. There was a slight plastic smell when I got it. I set it outside for 30 min and it was completely gone. I highly recommend this.

I like this belt. You can get your water bottle when needed and carry your cell phone and debit card on the walk with you without using your hands. Belt does not feel heavy around the waist.

I wanted a belt for my phone (iPhone SE fits fine) and a water bottle. I am happy that this comfortable belt holds a 16.9 oz water bottle well for long walks. Not sure if it would fit larger phones as even my SE fits snugly, but it works great for me.
