SuperNutrition SimplyOne Multi-Vitamin for Men 50+, 90 Count (Pack of 1)

I took the Opti-Energy Pack for about 25 years and really loved them. Super Nutrition discontinued the O-EP but came out with a few other products as replacements. It makes sense as the O-EP were difficult to take as you had to take them with a meal and you would get a niacin flush if you took all 6 pills at once. The SimplyOne 50+ reads to be almost as comprehensive as the O-EP. To match the O-EP you'd take 2~3 of these a day. I'm sticking with just one / day along with a few other specific supplements for my personal situation.

very convenient with one tablet per day. Contains no objectionable additives and all the right balance of vitamins, minerals and beneficial herbals. I feel better when I take these, I can tell a difference between the energy I experience when taking these and not feeling that energy with other supplements I have taken.

We have been using this brand for many years, it is a great product. We could feel a difference within 2 weeks of taking them. They have them for men and woman, they are really great.

I have been using this SuperNutrition, SimplyOne Multi-Vitamin for Men 50+just over a week now. The item description of this multivitamin looks very impressive so I decided to give it a try. It claims to contain the core vitamins and minerals your body needs. As a strict VEGAN I always look for a good supplement to complement my diet. One can never tell if a supplement contains the ingredients it professes to contain. Nor can one tell if it’s working. You can only hope that the manufacturer actually includes the actual ingredients it claims to contain. By its very nature Vitamins and Minerals does not provide the body with energy. It just provides the micronutrients that one does not get from eating properly. The description says the tablet coating contains citrus and vanilla flavouring you can really taste the citrus flavour These tablets are bigger than most of the others I have tried and believe me I have tried quite a few over the years. (Vegan Supplements) and this is not exactly the easiest tablet to swallow. So far, I have had no adverse effects from using this supplement. I have no hesitation in recommending this Supplements

This provides as good nutritional supplement as others that you have to take multiple pills to get. It gives me a noticeable boost.
