Okay, you have D3 1600 IU Calcium 600 mg Magnesium 50 mg Zinc 7.5 mg Copper 1 mg Manganese 1.8 mg I have been taking these for almost a year now and I'm very happy with them There is no stomach upset or burping and I like the fact that they are smaller than most. Not even as big as the fish tablet I take. Hope this helps.

I take Citracal Petites, and it measures just under 7/8” in length, 3/8” in width and 1/4” thick, so based on measurements reported by other people, the minis are shorter, narrower, and thinner!! I just changed my subscription to the Caltrate Minis…larger dose of calcium and a smaller pill to swallow!

How much vitamin d is it 800 or 1600? There are two different answers given. My original bottle is 1 pill daily 800 iu. Can someone confirm please

vitamin D3 40 mcg (1,600 IU) ... this is on the caltrate minis, of which it says to take 2 a day... the bigger ones, of which you take 1 a day, are harder for me to swallow...
