Radio works as described
Radio works ad described BUT it should come with information on how to upgrade the maps. These radios are reconditioned radios and as such come out of another vehicle but reset to factory defaults. Without knowing which vehicle the radio comes out of there is no way to update the maps.

Great Product/Great Deal
Condition was perfect and it operated the same. Installation took less than 20 minutes for the radio swap! Saved over $3000 by NOT having the dealership do the upgrade. I will have no problem buying from these folks again.

Great OEM upgrade if you are patient for a price drop
I upgraded from the 130s to this about a month ago and this is a great upgrade. I wanted to stick with an OEM modal for plug and play with UConnect and the factory Sirius/GPS combo antenna. I waited for the price to drop to around $1090 for the one shipped and sold by Amazon and while more expensive than after market systems, it is unbelievable for a brand new one. Since it was new, no unlock code was needed and it had the latest firmware 70.00.36 and GPS version 7.11. I updated the maps when I got it since the factory installed were 2 years old. Been working great since. Didn't give it 5 stars only because it doesn't have all the features for the price of the aftermarket options.

The price of the radio was great, it was so low the dealer couldn't believe ...
I rarely leave a review, but I feel the need to write one now. The price of the radio was great, it was so low the dealer couldn't believe it. So far it works great (knock on wood), but my only concern is that the box looked like someone took a crowbar to it. If you buy it and don't already have UConnect in your Chrysler, you will need to buy a UConnect module and have the dealer flash the computer. That should not cost more than $80, just make sure the dealer knows what they are talking about. Would give it 5 stars if not for the condition of the box when it arrived.

Faulty and don’t work. DO NOT BUT
I bought one and it didn’t work so I exchanged it and got another one from the seller and the second one did not work as well. Took it to the dealer to get insulted and everything. As far as I’m concerned its scam.

Could not have been happier
Item was all I expected and more. As a first time member of the Prime family I am super happy with the whole experience.

Wont turn on?
remember you should know if your car or jeep or whatever will support low speed or high speed.. Or else it won't work.

Screen resolution not great. Has become obsolete.
Recently, the Bluetooth module became inoperable (only 11500 miles) and will require a complete radio replacement. The original radio (430N) is installed in my 2011 200 convertible. Overall, it performed well but the screen resolution was not very hi-res. The radio did not have BT connections to apps such as Spotify, Iheart Radio, Pandora, Stocks, others. It is not set up for Android Play or Apple Car Talk. Aftermarket radios (JVC, Jensen, Pioneer, Kenwood, etc.) today have these capabilities, provide steering wheel controls and more, at significantly lower prices ($250 vs. $1300). While the 430N was a decent radio 7 years ago, it is outmoded and can't compete with today's aftermarket multimedia systems.
