DTMF Mic Microphone Compatible with Alinco DR-03 DR-06 DR-135 DR-235 DR-435 DR-635 Radio EMS-57 8pin

The cable on my Alinco factory mic had been worn through and destroyed by my cats. This replacement cost much less than a new factory mic and works very well. All buttons function as they should and the fit and feel match the factory original. I am very happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately, I can confirm that this mic does NOT work on an Alinco DR590T - at least, not completely.It does key up; the microphone works and others say it's clear sounding. The lights work in the keypad and the lockout switch works. The top-mounted up and down buttons work. That said, the DTMF functions and the remote features DO NOT work. I'm disappointed only in that I had high hopes. I'm still going to keep the mic - it still functions as a basic mic and for $26 the price was decent. Maybe I'll tear it apart and see if I can modify it to work. The only negative I can report is that the PTT switch is noisy (clunky), otherwise the quality seems good.

Mic is working great so far. Alinco factory Mic cords are notorious for falling apart and this one definitely took care of that issue. But it May be a coincidence but ever since installing this Mic my radio will not cut on unless the truck is running. If you try to cut it on after starting the truck, you have to wait for at least two or three minutes before it will power on.

This is not an original factory microphone , it is a knock off with very poor audio quality

It works very well and does what I bought it for.

For less than half the cost of the direct replacement microphone, this one provides the same sound quality and features.

I love it. Improved version of my original and lighted keypad. Feels heavy and solid and good PTT switch and longer commercial type coiled cord. Eliminated 60hz hum heard by people on receiving end. Works with older version radio than listed . Alinco DR-119 about 30 years old.
