I really like this pot. This is the second one I've bought. It's very convenient for me. I use it for soups and desserts.

The product does not last
I have used the product for only three months and itโs already broken. At first I was just going to leave it and maybe buy another one from another company but I thought about it I should let you guys know because we pay hundred something dollars for this pot . we expected itโs really useful because itโs from Amazon. I have been Amazon prime for a very long time and I like their products a lot so I just want to let you guys know this product wasnโt satisfied me like how all the other supplies are. And I donโt know that is it still under warranty or not but it will be nice if you guys will let other people know.

Broke after 5 uses but manufacturer was helpful
The product broke after 5 uses but because Iโm out of the exchange and return window, there was nothing Amazon could do. However after contacting the manufacturer, they were responsive and helpful. Good product when it is in working condition and makes good tasting soups. Size is good to make a lot of soup and easy to clean. No leakage.

Stopped working within a month
The flavor button has never worked since day one. What prompted me to return this pot was that the plain porridge function stopped working when I used it the second time. The company should have a better quality control system in place.

How can I return this totally terrible item and get my money back! It was burn down when I used it at the first time! Horrible terrible item! Very angry about this thing!
