This is a GREAT color match to convert lighter skin tone Barbies to an articulated body.
I bought this Mattel Divergent doll strictly for the purpose of swapping her body with my new Fashionista doll - Varsity Plaiditude. I prefer articulated dolls and since Mattel stopped production of the Made to Move, purple yoga top doll (the very lightest skin tone) this Divergent doll is the next best match. I've attached photos of 3 of my dolls that I've matched to the Divergent doll and a few extras of my new Albino Fashionista with her newly articulated body. The 4 dolls in my color match photo are: from left to right: Trixie (brunette from Speed Racer) Varsity Plaiditude (the new albino Barbie doll) Tris/Divergent the articulated doll and the Tarina Tarantino Barbie (pink hair). All the dolls faces match the Tris/Divergent doll quite well and I'd recommend it highly as an articulated body to use on those lighter skin tone dolls. An extra bonus is you get the cool outfit that Tris is dressed in as well (I love it). I also love that it makes my too short Fashionista doll much taller than she was originally. I didn't care for her short size and this gives her added height - she's as tall as a regular Barbie doll.Because she's such a great match to more of my dolls, I've gone back and ordered 2 more articulated Divergent dolls for body donors. The Tris doll is a great match for my Mattel Tarina Tarantino doll and my L.A. Girl Fashionista. I've attached photos of the girls with their newly articulated bodies, so you can see how well this Divergent doll body matches. Now with the fun of articulated bodies, it's like my older dolls are brand new all over again!

A New Favorite
WOW. I love this doll so much! She does have blue eyes instead of brown, but I was planning to use her for a different costume/character, who does have blue eyes! She is also very articulated, with joints at her neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and knees. Her face is very sweet, with long lashes, sculpted brows, and rosy pink lipstick, with a hint of blush. I love her hair, the highlights are nicely done. Her outfit was not a big consideration for me when buying, but I still find it to be more than adequate! It stretches with the doll's movement, and the front part of her top is "armored". Her boots look very cool and science-fiction-y too. She is excellent at posing and she even comes with a nice stand to display her on! Be sure to find it tucked into the back of her box if you wish to display her. Or display her in her movie collector box! I am so very happy to have her in my own collection now!

I used my Tris body for Emma Watson
I got an Emma Watson doll with a very defective body. I put the Divergent Tris body on her because the skin color matched. I painted the Divergent doll's eyes brown too. I had to have another Tris though. I also like her blue eyes too. I really like that now the Emma Watson doll can wear all Barbie clothes and shoes. Before she could only wear a few of the Barbie shoes because her feet were just a bit wider.I really love Tris' hair color also. It is a strawberry blonde. She is beautiful all around.I really love the Black Label Barbie bodies too. They have all the joints except flat to heels so far the ones I have.

great barbie for collecting or gift
great barbie for pretty much anything, her hair is a little too thick for braids but other than that she is great. not exactly like the picture but pretty close! very bendy ,her hands can not touch her face though, definitely worth the money!

Fantastic Alternative Compared To The "Made To Move Barbie"
I purchased this doll for the body so i'll do my review based on the body of the doll. the doll was considerably cheap which is what drew my eye to it. a little finger nail polish remover for the tattoo and all good. it is made of plastic completely. the only joints that mover are the shoulder, elbows, hands full range of motion, and the knees with a back and forth motion only. she was a cheap alternative for $11.99 when I purchased her compared to a made to move Barbie doll which was more expensive. so if you are a person who likes to repaint and do one of a kind projects this is definitely a good alternative body to use.

Very pretty face. I unboxed her and she's sitting on ...
As an adult collector, I'm really enjoying her. Very pretty face. I unboxed her and she's sitting on my desk, I can pose her a bit. I wish her hair was a little different, it becomes 'fly away' and out of place easily, but can be smoothed down. On the main she's a lot of fun to have around and I don't have to be as careful as I am with my more expensive collector dolls. Very pretty face, nice faceup for a mass production doll.
