Was finally able to find a pen that was water resistant. They write very smooth, and are perfect for journaling.

This is the most smooth writing pen ever! It looks similar to calligraphy when used!!

Changing reading to 5 starts. While the ink doesn't dry quickly, the pen is easy to use. These are far less messy that a "real" fountain pen. I like them and will buy again.

I am changing pens after over 20 years of using a different brand. Somehow ended up with one of these (in black - though blue is my favorite ink color) and liked it so much that when my last "fav" blue pen died; I ordered a dozen of these. Was pretty surprised that they arrived in a plastic bag and not a box. I ordered supplies for a courthouse for years--pens came in a box; so they were easy storage. A Minor complaint as the pen, itself, seems like it could become a "new" favorite! I honestly DO like the way it writes. But, if you are ordering for an office, just keep in mind, they may not come in a box.

Super smooth writing pen and I would recommend to anyone that writes a lot.

uni-ball pens are usually very smooth and fine writing instruments. This is as bad as a cheap Bic pen. I'd recommend staying away from it and using another of uni-ball's better products!

I fell in love with this pen the moment I started writing with it. It's smooth as butter. It sort of helps make your handwriting appear more vibrant. I wrote my exams with this pen and my marks increased by about 15-20%. I always ensure I stock this pen up before my exams. Simply put this is one of the best pens I have come across. There are times when this pen doesn't write as smoothly as I'd like it to. But a few shakes and it gets better. My sister complains about how dark its ink is and how it shows up on the other side when written on thin paper. but I've never faced that problem. So yeah - if you have an exam coming up or have important content to hand-write, this is the pen you'd want.
