Outsunny 4.6m Garden Parasol Double-Sided Sun Umbrella Patio Market Canopy Shade Outdoor - NO BASE

This is a pretty large parasol. The whole thing appears to be sturdy. I'd be amazed if anyone has successfully used this with a base. A socket in the ground would be more appropriate. There is so much parasol for the wind to catch, it becomes rather unstable.The pole is very substantial. The bottom part of the pole screws in to the top part and I found it to be a bit difficult to line it up correctly. I had the parasol lying on a work surface and I did the assembly horizontally. Once fitted together, the whole assembly is well over 8' high, which makes storage interesting. It is also quite heavy and unwieldy.Erected it looks great, but putting it up it is quite an effort. Time will tell how much we use it.

Great value umbrella, very very big, fits over my large table and the chairs at the end. Good thick quality material, I brought red which is nice colour.Had a small problem which company went out of their way to sort.Have recommended to friends and would buy another in the future.

Just recieved my parasol,I’ve tested it with my heavy wrought iron stand( definetly need a strong stand)and it fits perfectly,easy to screw pole together.Good quality fabric too.It is huge.Really love it.I’ll see when the sun comes out

They appear to be very good quality product. They are still in the boxes awaiting the bases.Item is for a sheltered housing project. it will let the elderly residents sit out in the garden out of the sun.

It fits together well and looks great, I knew the sizes but it still looks bigger than i thought. Fits together well and fitted into my original parasol stand. Due to the size it does need extra weights as it fell over onto my table and slightly damaged one of the arms, my fault but was hoping it would be a bit stronger. Now put extra weights on stand and its great. It does turn round in the wind due to the size but can be rectified as my stand has a holding bolt which works a treat. Great price and creates loads of shade.

Excellent only problem is that the weight is too heavy for an OAP to lift, and the standard hole in a table too small. When its up its perfect

Great but the downside is there are no covers available and the ties are too short to fit.

This was bigger than I had thought but it does an excellent job in shading us from the sun rays.Yes would recommend
