The case itself is awesome. I like its small
The case itself is awesome. I like its small, compact size and with the proper hardware, it is dead silent. I didn't have any trouble getting the motherboard in, and no power issues at all.Now the downside, I have ordered two of these cases, with about two months in between purchases. Both cases have had an issue with the power switch wires. They are not soldered well and the connection between the wire and the switch was broken out of the box. I was able to repair them by soldering the wires back to the switch, but this is not something I should have to do with brand new hardware. If I was a more patient person, I would send them back.

Paired with i3-3220. Impressive simplistic design that makes compromises due to size
I don't play games any more aside from some tablet games so this really fit me well. It's compact, it's quiet if you make the right component choices, and can be very fast for the size.Things to keep in mind is that this little box obviously won't support any optical dvd/cd drives. No room. There isn't a memory stick reader in the front, but there is four usb 2.0 ports. Also the front usb ports don't support usb 3.0. This kind of sucks because I had to order a usb 3.0 to usb 2.0 header adapter cable to be able to use all four ports in the front. As long as you know the limitations of this case, you'll be very happy with what it is.With that out of the way, if you want this to be a perfect quiet build, spend a little more on better components.Might be tricky to fit the motherboard in but you'll get it.Any H77 mitx board should be great, as long as it supports usb 3.0 in the rear, hdmi, etc. I went with the Asrock H77mitx motherboard myself. It has USB 3.0, HDMI, DVI, VGA, esata...basically the works. It cost me $100 but a good board is well worth it in the long run.Key I think is pair it with a i3-3220 like I did. First off it's cheap, only runs $100 or so. Runs applications fast, and handles video, or anything you can throw at it just fine. The i3-3220 also runs cool, so the fan in automatic mode will run near silent. If you want you can always upgrade the cpu later to a 3770s for example. For me the 3220 is more than enough.I would highly recommend an SSD if you don't need to store too much internally. 128GB SSD can be found for pretty cheap, in the $80 range or so, and will run silent and cooler than a normal 2.5 inch laptop drive. Boot times, and loading times will be extremely fast.I use the stock processor fan with automatic fan control and the fan is bearly audible in idle mode. I was surprised, this is the first time I ever used a stock fan for a pc build.Corsair Vengeance Ram fits with the ridiculously tall ram heat sinks on with the board I'm using any way. I was going to get low profile ram but thankfully didn't have to.This case does lack features that are basically trade offs with the size. But with the 4 usb ports in the front, and selecting a good motherboard with esata, and usb 3.0 in the rear, you really aren't limited...no blu ray drive? Get an external usb blu ray drive. No memory stick reader? Get an external memory stick reader, etc. etc. etc.It would be nice if this case was all aluminum, but the plastic does feel nice, sturdy, and strong. Also the case is well vented, so heat will never be a problem. Mounting options with stand, vesa monitor mounts, and the provided pico psu makes this case a bargain in my opinion. You just can't go wrong with this case.Nice thing is that it's very portable, and you can shuttle this to work and home, or wherever a monitor is available.Overall you can't lose with this case. It'll be a great compact htpc/workhorse pc for my purposes.

Great case, but cramped
This is a really small case. My system consisted of the following:Antec ISK 110MSI B85i mITX mobo1x8GB DDR3i3 4130 (Haswell 54w)Crucial M500 240GB SSDNoctua NH-L9i HSFTo start off with, and as other have mentioned, you'll want to purchase an mITX mobo that has the ATX power connection on the left side of the mob (directly behind the I/O panel) and not on the right side behind the pcix expansion slot. If you use a mobo with the ATX connector on the right side of the mobo, you'll need to purchase an ATX extension cable. The MSI B85i mobo has the ATX connector on the left side, so no extension cable was needed in this build.I did have to remove the USB ports on the front of the case in order to get my MSI mobo installed in the case. The wires coming from the front USB ports were in the way and I didn't want to damage anything by forcing the mobo past the connection ports. This presented another challenge, securing the USB ports back to the front of the case after securing the mobo. I was able to get the three screws back in place, but it took a small screwdriver at creative angles to get the screws at least finger tight on the USB ports. This whole step might have been avoidable if I had waited to install the Noctua HSF after the mobo had been installed in the case. However, I wanted to make sure I had the HSF on correctly, so I chose to install the CPU and HSF to the mobo prior to installing the mobo into the ISK 110.Once the mobo was in, everything went rather smoothly. I was able to tuck all of the cables here and there so that there were gaps for air to move over the mobo on the top and left sides of the CPU. I planned out the SSD placement so that it was mounted as far away as possible from the back of the CPU to minimize the heat exposure. With regard to the SSD installation, I did notice that Antec now includes two thin (1-2 mm?) sticker type insulation strips that go between your SSD and the mounting bracket. This might help to reduce the temperature of the SSD, which was something noted as a concern during Anatech's review which is missing from the photos of their test case. Unfortunately, I have no way to test that this reduce SSD temperatures.I'm using the above setup to host two small Minecraft servers and the system is very stable and quiet. I don't have a Kill-A-Watt, so I can't measure the wattage being used, but I'm happy with everything and it fits nicely behind the sofa where the cable modem and router are located.I feel this would be a much better deal if it were closer to a $50 price point, and not $75.

Rugged built but space constraint
I did a Ryzen 3 2200g built. Material quality is great but suffers from severe cable management issue due to space constraint, typical of a mini ITX case. Compatible with only 2.5inch HDD.

Five Stars
Really good quality and the cables inside the case are long enough to reach anywhere.

Very small - very good
This case is tiny. As others have said, its no bigger than the Mini-ITX board itself. It can take two 2.5inch drives (they sit behind the motherboard) but its more comfortable with one. I used the extra space for cable management. The case is easy to work with, but it feels a little cheap. It's nice that it comes with a power supply, and the brick adapter. I was prepared to swap this immediately for a PicoPSU but there's been no need.No room for fans in this case, but the entire face of it is mesh so i suppose you could rig it up with a big fan if you needed to. Im running a fanless AtomION setup and temps have been manageble under load.

Excellent case. Easily handled my MSI mini-itx eco motherboard
Excellent case. Easily handled my MSI mini-itx eco motherboard, and everything connected up very well. I can't speak to longevity (since I've only used it for a couple weeks), but the fit and quality is excellent.
