CPM Scheduling for Construction: Best Practices and Guidelines None Edition

This book provides very detailed information, techniques, and thought provoking questions for project managers and scheduling managers. Focusing on the cpm methods and the construction industry (although its applicable to many industries), the author goes into great detail discussing terchniques to improve current scheduling methods. The author discusses the various phases of projects and how to successfully schedule multiple contractors or employees to complete their various aspects, while maintaining the synchronization throughout the whole project.

General reading for my role. Not fully immersed in construction scheduling at this time, but this looks like a good read to get me started. I am scheduler working in a construction project but not at this level, yet.

Very Good knowledge, but lacks of some organizing & Bullet points.

Although the book is written by name for the construction industry, it is generally applicable and gives detailed insight into the methodology of CPM.I have enjoyed reading the book and it should have its place on the desk of every project manager and scheduling manager.
