Good product; here's how to apply it
This product covered my camera screen with virtually no bubbles -- I'm now a fan. Having said that, this film is rigid and harder to apply with no bubbles than any other screen protector product that I've ever purchased before and I've done a number of different phones, GPS screens, camera screens, etc. with a variety of screen protector products that have turned out *perfectly*.The first thing that needs to be mentioned is that the measuring grid that comes on the protective film for each of these is brilliant -- it makes the job of measuring and trimming the screen protector enormously easier than it otherwise would be. And it's hard to beat the cost of these -- each sheet is less than a dollar. If you mess it up or have to replace the protector later, no big deal, these are cheap. So here's what I did:1) Carefully put the protector over the actual screen to get the *exact* measurements of the screen on the grid. Then cut the film and grid to the correct size.2) Clean, clean, clean the surface of the device screen with a lint free cloth to get all of the oils, dirt, etc off the screen. If any dust particles remain but the screen is otherwise spotless, blow the dust off with a can of compressed air until it's perfectly clean.3) Peel back about an inch of the protective layer (with the grid on it) and carefully position the now sticky film onto the edge of the device's screen, making sure to line it up perfectly with the edge and corners. The remainder of the protective layer should be curled back under the film but don't worry about that for the moment.4) Take the lint free cloth and put it over the inch of film which is stuck to the screen and gently squeegee the film towards the attached side with the card and try to squeeze out any air bubbles. It didn't help much for me, I still had air bubbles at this point.5) Now put the lint free cloth over the rest of the film and screen (my cloth was bigger than the camera screen) and slowly and carefully squeegee the film towards the end of the screen which is not yet protected by the film. Go slowly and carefully and you'll squeegee the film on and the protective screen with the grid will roll out of the way bit by bit as you move down the film. MAKE SURE that you are squeegeeing with the lint free cloth between the squeegee and the film so that the cloth protects the top surface of the film.6) Now if your results were like mine, the middle of the film has no air bubbles under it but the edge you started with and the edge you ended with have a number of air bubbles. Up until now, the rigidity of the film has worked against you but now it'll help you. Carefully peel up the corner of one of the sides with the air bubbles and peel the film back past the air bubbles, being careful not to touch the sticky part of the film. Then let it go and the rigid film will re-apply itself to the screen with no air bubbles under it to the edge. Repeat on the other side and you'll have few to no air bubbles under the film. (You might have to repeat lifting it.) Lifting the film will mar the corner of the film slightly where you lifted it but it's barely noticeable and the overall film will look very good on the finished product!-1 star for these protectors really showing fingerprints and being more challenging to put on.

Wishing it was better...
When I heard one of the previous reviews mentioning about this protector as a soft plastic, I assumed it was the same as or similar to the polyurethane material like InvisibleShield products. I've had a polyurethane screen protector before and it was great, but I've been having trouble trying to find a similar product to InvisibleShield that are less expensive. Basically it's supposed to be the stuff that is used to protect helicopter blades.Back to the WriteRight protectors, I was glad that it came in a pack of 10 becuase I knew it might take me several tries to get it to fit perfectly. Unfortunately with my Nokia N95-3 it took me about 5 times and I still couldn't get it right. Good thing I only need half a sheet to fit my phone's screen. (technically I have 20 sheets) I think it's harder because my screen is surrounded by the border of the phone with rounded edges. That makes it harder to measure the size and having to estimate the curve of the corners. I also applied it to my girlfriend's Sidekick LX, which was much easier because of the screen.First of all, you pretty much have to get it right on the screen on the first try otherwise the more attempts you make, the more dust the adhesive side will pick up. Secondly, there will be many air bubbles you have to try to push out. The ones in the middle are pretty easy to push out as you apply, but the border ones are tricky. When you try to push some of the bubbles out, it looks like is just becomes a smudge that you can't push any further. When successfully applied to the screen it looks fairly clear. There is, however, a rainbow tint from the light when you look at certain angles. Not a major problem. Yes, the protector will attract dust, but I believe that is true of many screen protectors; as my previous InvisibleShield protector also did. The protector does scuff fairly easily as well. When I used a paper towel and alcohol to clean off the oil on my screen it left a slight scuff where I was rubbing. None of the scuffs, smudges, or bubbles effect the clarity of the screen when I'm using the phone. Only when the backlight is off is when I can see the imperfections in the screen protector, which is still a little annoying to me.All in all, they give you 10 in a pack probably because they expect each of them not to last that long. If you just want a protector that will prevent your original screen from getting damaged, this will work. But if you want absolute perfection with the backlight on and off, I am certain there are better products out there.
