They work fine as gaskets. I used them specifically for the screw on tops to the soda stream metal bottles. These are ever so slightly big so it takes a lot of work to force them into place as a replacement gasket on these tops, but once properly seated they seem to work better than the original ones. Good for use on these bottles, but a pain to work in.

I use these on our whole house water filter when I use the cheapo filters. The cheap filters tend to not seal around the top and scrud from the well goes into the system. These are working well to eliminate that.

Fit perfectly

This product although made of good material, was way off in measurements in the description. Knowing it came from another country, I used the metric millimeters as a guide for fit. It didn't help.

I have installed several vessel sinks in bathrooms. In most cases, the pop up drain comes with a tailpiece but no washer or gasket to seal the tailpiece to the drain so they leaked. The big box stores in my area only carry washers for 1 1/2 inch tailpieces. I finally found these and they work perfectly in that application. I put a little silicon grease on them and they were easy to install.
