I bought one of these replacement cords maybe 6 months ago, and it broke pretty quickly. After posting a review, the company sent me a replacement for the cord i previously ordered. I appreciate the company and them sending me out a new one so quickly, but a couple days ago i noticed that i couldn't hear any in-game audio and no one could hear me talk, i gave my mix amp a hour break and thought it might've been the astro product because i just got a new cord, but just yesterday the mute device kinda fell apart. (Side note i live in a non child/smokeless home and am not prone to "raging" in games) when the product works, it works well.

I was surprised on the quality of it and it was delivered a lot quicker than it was supposed to which was great

He had to reverse the plug-ins, so the volume control couldn't be used....and he sat on it and broke it already.

I only had it for like two weeks before people could only hear me about half the time and now no one can hear me at all. I have spent hours trying to get it to work with no luck.

Was awesome all I had to do was plug it into my a10s and my controller and it worked perfectly
