Nice piece of egg slicing technology.
First off, and this is important, you have to boil the egg for at least 20 minutes. Cool the egg and then the next thing you have to do is PEEL THE EGG.Now that you've read and fully understand the above, lift the top of the slicer to it's full position, place the egg in the slicer, aligned with the cup cut into the bottom section of the egg slicer. Remove your fingers and any other appendages and apply downward pressure on the top section of the slicer. Enjoy.

Excellent slicer
I use this primarily with hard boiled eggs and the cut is perfect. Virtually no egg left on the slicer. I opted for stainless steel for aesthetic reasons and even though I have soft water I do need to hand dry to avoid water spots but that is fast and easy and the stainless steel is in perfect condition. Very pleased and am confident it will last a long long time and stay in really good shape.

A Delight For Hard Boiled Egg Lovers
After scanning countless reviews, we decided to give the Pensray product a try. I am happy to report we have no regrets. It slices cleanly and evenly and cleans up quickly. One caution: It is not quite large enough for Jumbo eggs. A neighbor who was going away gave us their Jumbos; requires a little extra clean-up.

Wires not bending.
I used it to slice eggs worked perfectly. I haven’t used it yet for strawberries or olives. The wires have not bent yet and I hope they will stand up for summer slicing.

Great for egg salad
Very handy for dicing eggs to make egg salad. I was looking for one where I can turn the egg in both directs and this one does it.

Only got to use three time, twice for eggs and once for mushrooms before the wires bent

Not worth it
Terrible slicer. The wires dont stay tight. Ive had them cut me. Garbage!Would have given zero stars
