Defective product - manufacturer correction - customer satisfied
Hem stitching is coming loose in three places after one wear and wash. Would be great otherwise. Not worth the money spent.****ON EDIT***The manufacturer contacted me after the initial review and shipped me a new shirt. The stitching is tight and there are no other issues. I like the fit and feel. I'll give the product 3 stars (for the initial bad experience) and the manufacturer 5 stars for customer service. Average = 4 stars.

What an awesome shirt. I wear this shirt under body armor every day in 108 plus heat. Cotton gets wet , chafes, does not wick moisture and does not keep you cool. Synthetics do not wick well or evaporate well where there is no ability to breathe well. Thereby you are feeling wet all day. They also stink after half a day of wear. This wool shirt is super light, breathes well even under body armor, wicks moisture and has gone ( I hate to admit) 3 days without much body order. I can hand wash and within an hour it is dry (desert air helps with this). For me they are well worth the cost for the comfort. So far it seems to be durable. I am ordering more. The only down side (as I have commented) is the lack of appropriate colors for certain uniformed personnel. If this shirt can hold up in this environment it will hold up anywhere. Coupled with wool undies socks and this shirt, I stay pretty dry, comfortable and mostly bacteria free.Ridge Corp,Please leave me a contact email so that I may reach out to you. I want to discuss purchasing different colors.

Antibacterial yes, durable no.
I bought it for a 30 mile, 4 day hike and it ripped on the second day.It doesn't stink when worn multiple days (like hiking) but sure enough the fabric isn't tough enough to handle backpack friction (frameless pack with no more than 25 lbs of gear + water and food).

Poor sizing, but decent shirt
I like the feel of the shirt, the weight feels good for a hiking shirt, and it does it's job of wicking and keeping you cool in the sun.The sizing is bad. I ordered 2XL for a loose fit, they sent an XL in a bag marked 2XL, with another sticker saying 3XL. This made me laugh, might as well just sell as 1 size fits all.I normally wear XL, so this was a fine fit and actually not skin tight like wool layers can be.

Tears easily
The first time I wore this shirt was on a hike with a pack on. After taking off my pack there was a big hole in this shirt where my shoulder strap was riding. Not durable!

Short in the torso
I'm 6 foot and 215lbs. I ordered XL short sleeve T. It's a bit tight and it is short in the torso. If it shrinks at all it will be unwearable. It also came with a serious zipper looking wrinkle across the chest. After washing and hanging to dry it is still noticeable.

Good value
Fit as expected, as received. However, shrinks a bit in the wash (following care instructions exactly). Not a huge deal for 'next to skin' layer, but it did get shorter and that becomes an issue if you tuck it in. Still fits, still wearing it. Very comfortable. Multi day use, and doesn't get stinky like cotton or synthetic.

Wool t-shirt! Cotton is like a wet rag
I've always worn cotton t-shirts because I'm just a casual guy. but I made the switch to wool underwear and socks years ago, and now I want to start wearing wool shirts. These are pretty good. I don't expect them to be as durable as cotton, but wow! they sure feel good.

Slim fit, long
XL is a pretty good fit for me. I'm 6'3", 225lbs, and often find large is too small in the shoulders and XL too baggy in the torso. This one has a slimmer fit with big enough shoulders. The length is a bit too long, but I did order the long size, mainly because the regular length ones all ship from China and I didn't want to wait that long. The collar is wider/looser than I prefer. Overall quality seems good. The photo shows a slightly heathered pattern but the shirt I got shows no hint of that, and the color is more muted than the photo shows (Atlantic color).
