NuWave Party Mixer BPA-Free, 48-ounce, 400-watt Blender

The first time I used this blender it was ok. I made margaritas and followed the instructions as best I could, but I still ended up with big chunks of ice that wouldn't blend any smaller. Maybe my ice was too big to start with or something, I dunno. I put all the pieces away carefully and decided better luck next time. Well, the next time I tried it out it wouldn't start. I tried different outlets, took the assembly apart and put it back together, nothing. There was a rattling sound inside the motor head and when I shook it slightly to identify it, the whole case fell apart in my hand! The little plastic prongs inside were all broken off (I did not shake it hard enough to have broken it) and pieces of spring and wire were loose inside the mechanism.So far no luck on having the warranty honored, since the actual case broke it was "user error" and not the fault of the company. My guess is that it was either shipped poorly and broken in transit, or I got a returned unit that had been misused. I just wish I'd gotten more use out of it before it fell apart. That was one expensive margarita :(

This will be the second one for me. I still have the first one and still use it 4 times a day but was afraid that I might not be able to get another one down the road. Guess that sums it up. I love this blender so much I would turn down vita mix for this one.

I made fruit smoothies 3 times (fruit, yogurt, and ice cream are the only ingredients that were ever in the blender!) and then the motor broke - just stopped working - 6 days after the return deadline. Needless to say, I am quite unhappy with this product!!

I had one of these for over a year before I purchased this one and it works great. It holds a lot so I can blend up a lot of something quickly. I had to buy a new one because the top was put in the dishwasher and part of it melted.

It stopped working after a month. Purchased April 2016.Shipping ''Packaging ''Product ' Rubber keeps falling off and it stopped working after a month.

Great product works great chops up food with ease no complaints & for being "used it came in original box still in bag I recommend it hands down works great for any type of processing if you looking for a blender I say this is hands down the best
