My first review on a product!! Overall, I gave it a 4/5 and here's the break down why:There are moments where it tends to be buggy with the connection (such as really short pauses when I'm watching Youtube/listening to Youtube) and how there are sporadic moments where I would hear the earbuds say "TWS connecting" and continuously disconnect with my laptop. (Not a BIG issue, usually I just put it in the case and that seems to fix it). Honestly, this is the only reason why I can't give it the full 5/5 because it does give me a headache pretty easily when I'm trying to listen to music and I hear two voices (for some reason the earbuds do it separately or there's an echo to it).Everything else, the sound quality is good, especially when I'm on call with my friends and the mic quality is clear as well (again, according to my friends).Noise cancellation, it's good because I find myself not hearing much of the outside world but then again, most areas I use these has been pretty quiet. I'll probably edit this once I go on a run with these bad boys.Moisture wicking, okay so this gets a 4/5 because I was washing the dishes while listening to music and while the faucet was running, my right earbud somehow fell out and into the sink and it did get a bit wet (but I have wicked reflexes and tried to deflect as much water as I could, only reason why i gave it a 4/5 because I tried to not get it fully wet) and with an immediate test run, it still works pretty good.Overall, a good purchase on my end. I love the compact design and how easily hidden I can make it. The multi-touch tool is really useful too when I'm listening to music and someone wants to talk to me and I can easily pause my music rather than take off my earbud (when I'm listening on Spotify).

First off I want to thank the seller for excellent and fluent communication, fast response.I NEVER expected too much from these headphones and since they have No volume control made things difficult when pair with TV, ...so loud... my ears hurt, but as as told seller thru e mail, I was going to test them for real at my job, I am a carpet installer, for who does not know the physical implications of this job on a hot area, well it is very exhausting, sweaty and non stop until finish, those are reasons I needed buds that stayed in my ears for 6 to 9 hrs NOT FALLING, NOT HURTING, GOOD SOUND and a long BATTERY LIFE, well I put them on by 11 am , not only they stayed there all the time, I finished my installation by 6:17 PM and I looked in my phone to check battery status on my buds and after 7 hrs and 17 minutes I had 45% of battery left ...wow sorry WOWW dude, sound is good, sound cancelling good, as I said, no volume control and u need to get used that every time u touch them accidentally or trying to push em in a lil bit u will pause the song, just tap it again to resume. Just need to get used to them, I was refunded in full for these buds because of volume control issue, since seller response was so good I thought his product deserved to be rated after the test as an act fairness to him as well, I was REFUNDED ,NOT PAID to write this rating, I was a Tao Tronics junkie, I mailed them to ask them about their new buds which claimed to have 3-5 hs battery life( a joke at least for me) and they never answered to me, I am not mad no no no I just found a BETTER option with long battery life, it might be too soon since it's been a few days, they might stop working next week we don't know , I will update later

I use it listening to music when I walk. Very easy to use. The charge in the earpieces lasts more than enough for my walks - never ran out. The charge in the base also has lasted longer than I need or expect. Sound quality is great - I hear music and phone calls better than ever and the persons I call also say the sound is very clear. I have experienced occasional dropouts - seems to relate to my head position, but I haven't figured out why. These are very brief and the sound comes right back. The piece that goes into the ear canal is slightly tight for me - I wish they were narrower and slightly longer. They have stayed in my ear held in by my cap; not sure if they would fall out if I did not wear a cap - will find out soon as the weather is warming up. Have had these for about 3 months.Bottom line - very good value for the low price. I would recommend these for ordinary use. If you do lose them you won't be out a lot of $

I purchased this product to listen to podcasts while at work. As such, I needed ear buds with a long battery life that did not often need charging. I'm surprised to say that these ear buds lasted as long as I needed them. As someone who typically uses simple ear buds without volume control or buttons, I appreciated the utility of the pause/play and skip functions. Sound quality was perfectly fine. I was easily able to switch between using the ear buds individually and simultaneously. The charging dock charges quickly and hold a charge for a long time. I only had one incident where the ear buds died prematurely, though I'm not sure what caused it. That's about where my praise for them stops.These ear buds are inconsistent. Personally, they did not fit my ears all that well, though I was able to get a seal by pushing them in far enough, but this would sometimes cause irritation after a long period of use, and they would come loose as time went on. A larger set of rubber tips would have helped this. The range on either ear bud was different. The left felt like it had the advertised range, probably a bit less, but very fair, while the right had a range maybe half of that. Not good. I can't comment on the range when using them simultaneously, as I didn't use them in tandem much. The right ear bud stopped working after a few weeks out of the blue, beyond the point where I could have returned them. I hadn't dropped them or damaged them in any way, the light on it just went dim and it wouldn't charge or turn on. Luckily, the other ear bud works fine on its own. They performed satisfactorily initially, but the problems only grew as time went on. Overall disappointing. Try them out, but if you discover some of the same problems I had with them, send them back early.
