Cicaplast Lip Balm, Nourishing and Repairing Barrier Treatment for Very Dry Chapped or Cracked Lips, with 5% Panthenol and MP-Lipids, 7.5ml

Bought this to use post lip filler. Filler is hydrophillic, so it draws moisture from the surrounding area. This has resulted in me having really dry lips. Ordinary lip balm just hasn't been cutting it, but this stuff is superb. Immediately hydrating and moisturising. Its long lasting, so no need to constantly apply it. Im very impressed, well worth the money!

I had a very damaged lip barrier and my lips were cracked and peeling everyday.If you’re repairing lips from a similar state to mine, this product of very good. It’s thick, you tube is quite small so I estimate this will last around 2 weeks if using consistently. For bad damage, I do think it dries fairly quick so you will have to continue applying throughly it the day. I put a dab of Vaseline on top to try and make it last longer. Over night I would cake on the Vaseline to save this product for daily use and it would dry throughout the night.As a maintenance product I think this will be fantastic! I intend to continue purchasing and will use over the top of a lip stain so I don’t have to apply balms with flavours and colours every day.The uploaded photo is on day 3 of this regime and this is the most improvement I’ve had with lip repair solutions in the past couple of years. No cracks, no peeling from day 2 either.

My bottom lip has been horribly chapped for as long as I can remember. It would peel practically every day even if I didn't pick or rub at it to remove dead skin. Every time my lip would 'heal' it would crack, peel and bleed again. Every other typical lip balm you'd think of - I tried. Nothing seemed to even remotely help, even antiseptic or anti fungal creams did nothing to help besides numbing the pain. I even tried improving my diet, water intake, too supplements and so on. My bottom lip was always torn up and sore and it looked and felt terrible. Nothing helped and honestly I have been at a loss and miserable with the state of it.I've been applying this balm several times a day for the last two days (today is day three). I have already noticed a marked improvement. My lip is still healing but it actually looks healthy, soft and smooth for the first time in perhaps years. I can't overstate how much this product is value for money. The smaller tube size is quite small but it's absolutely worth it, and I will be buying a bigger tube for my next purchase as I will continue to use this.I will also absolutely reccomend this to family and friends because wow, it actually does what lip balm is supposed to do. As I said, every other product I had tried - and I tried many, did NOTHING to benefit my poor chapped and peeling lip. This is the first lip balm I've ever tried in my lifetime that has made the slightest bit of difference and I'm excited to see how my lips look after longer term use. It's also unscented and while it has a thick texture, it's not super greasy or unpleasant like other lip products. It's easy to apply with the slanted tip, though I usually just use my finger to spread it evenly across my skin.All I can really say to summarise is thank you. I'm really happy I gave this lip balm a shot.

It's a great lip repair balm, perfect for after you have used a chemical lip exfoliator! Abit tough to squeeze, thus getting product out, can prove to be a bit difficult. Given the price, personally I do wish it held a little more product as it seems to run out easily (for me) especially as the product is thick, so you end up actually needing more of it across your lips each application. But it's a great lip repair balm for healing, and moisturising, so It's nice.

Great item but the bottle is awful! The item itself is great and has helped my lips in the dry months. It is good value for money as will last a while and is affordable. However, the bottle is a nightmare and puts me off using it. I have to press really hard before any product comes out and the amount to come out is tiny!

Bought this for winter as my lips were dry and flakey. I was sick of cheap lip balms that don’t seem to work.This is a really nice treatment for lips, it is easy to apply, and feels smooth and soft but not greasy at all.I mainly use it at night and definitely find my lips are softer and less flakey in the morning.It’s non scented too which is great.

I suffer with really bad dry lips all year round, I have to keep something on my lips at all times, but some things have proven better than others over the many years. I thought I would give this a try as it had a good reviews and I have to say that I knew as soon as I applied it that it was going to be a winner as there was no drawing or tingling. It lasts as long as my mouth allows in regards to eating or drinking, so needs further applications but aside frkm that it lasts very well. Reasonably priced too I would say a definate yes from me.

Un buon prodotto dalla consistenza ricca e confortevole per labbra anche più che aride.Non lascia patine bianche e si fonde immediatamente nella sua struttura lipidi e pantenolo. Mi è piaciuto molto più questo rispetto al prodotto in tubo più grande, perché privo di zinco. Ho provato diversi piccoli balsami labbra di altre Marche ma questo devo dire che è il migliore anche per chi ha problemi dermatologici di una certa importanza.

Lo amé, siempre he tenido problemas con mucha resequedad en los labios, hasta me llegan a sangrar, a veces los tengo muy lastimados y este lip balm me los restaura súper rápido, en un día de usarlo constante se ve una mejoría enorme. Lo he querido volver a pedir y está agotado :( ... He probado muchísimos pero ninguno como este.

It’s just amazing

So I've purchased TONS of lip products designed to hydrate or repair dry lips and lets just state the obvious; chap sticks and balms are nice for like an hour, then your lips will actually be in worse condition! But sometimes the chapped burn and flaky skin is so awful you just have to apply something (I've actually had better luck with lip gloss). That was my life for months, every winter in the midwest. The best I could find was basic vaseline, yet I could fill a shoebox with my failed lip products. I just kept buying anything that promised a pretty and moisturize pout.I specifically sought out more expensive brands hoping for miracles, and some were fine but maybe they didnt last long or had a weird tint or smell. Whatever the case I always ended up back at the start, chapped lips and all. When I found this product I immediately purchased it, I don't think $10 for a tube is unreasonable if it fulfills it's claims to repair dry lips. These tubes last months and if it works then it was money well spent.In this case a little goes a long way as it's pretty oily vs goopy or waxy. It spreads thin and at first I thought it was not thick enough to do the job. Honestly the first few uses didn't feel like they made any difference at all, I was worried I had wasted more money but low and behold after about a week of use I noticed a huge difference!I waited about a month to write this review to make sure I didn't point anybody in the wrong direction, and I'm a firm believer that not all formulas work for every person but this is the first product in many years that HEALED my chapped lips AND didn't leave them in even worse condition. After a few weeks my lips are effortlessly smooth and soft, not cracked at all, from casual once a day use. I would highly recommend this product to any of my friends who are experiencing burning and chopped lips.The tube is slightly difficult to squeeze and I'm not sure why, but I certainly don't need anyone else to squeeze the tube for me lmao, that's ridiculous. It's fine with me because I hate unscrewing a cap and having an excessive amount of leaked product all over the applicator. It stays in the tube until its squeezed out and thats the way it should be.All in all its a great product for dry lips, I will be buying it again, and I can tell others from experience that it works great.
