Every time I take two scoops, I feel a lot of itching through the body, so I have to divide, I take one scoop at a time, and yet the itching still appears, but weaker! And I take it before and during the workout, so the itching messes me up a lot during my training!

Forever changed my workouts and manual labor!
I had a family member tell me about this and I can't believe how it changed my workouts. This stuff is AWESOME! I started the 21 Day Fix program and could hardly function as a normal human being after completing Day 1 of the exercises. I couldn't walk right and forget about trying to sit down on the toilet. I was so sore from doing squats and exercises that I had never done before. Well, I ordered the ABC Core and started drinking it with my workouts. It was amazing. It allowed me to do crazy exercises and not get sore like before. I would recommend this to anyone that is going to start exercising for the first time or even if you or going to be performing manual labor. I make sure I start drinking this 1-2 days before I know I am going to be using muscles that I don't use a lot. It helps so much with muscle recovery!

Best intra-workout
I bought this product due to the incredible profile. It's unlike anything else which got me intrigued. Tried it today for the first time on an off day cause I was curious about he taste and ended up with a nice pump from the citrulline malate without even lifting. Energy from bcaas was very noticeable as well. Top notch product

Great bcaa but white grape taste horrible and it doesn't mix well I had other bcaa's that taste and mixed better but doesn't have the high bcaa as core I recommend it but try other flavors.
