Our boat sat in storage outside for nearly 2 years. The seats were covered in mold and mildew. I just knew we were going to have to get them re-upholstered. Sprayed it on, waited a few seconds and wiped it off. Wow! MOLD GONE! The upholstery looks brand new! I really wish I had taken a before and after. Truly amazing product! You saved us so much money!! Truly a miracle. I was so skeptical after nothing else worked. We uncovered our boat this summer and the seats had heavy mildew growth. Frankly, the mildew stains have been growing over the past few seasons and nothing we’ve found has been able to put a dent in it. Power wash, bleach, vinegar… nada. So we got this. I took a before picture because I planned to use it when we returned the product for not working. Took the picture, sprayed the solution, looked down to read the instructions again and when I looked up… the mildew was GONE. Fading before my eyes before I even wiped. It seems to KEEP working too, as even the oldest and most stubborn mildew stains were still fading a couple hours later. This product saved our boat seats from being embarrassing and grimy. Smells like strong chlorine. Wouldn’t get it on your skin or clothes if you can help it. It will bleach fabric. If you have mildew stains just get it.

Not sure all the hype on this product. I nearly used a whole bottle on my boat seats and it did nothing. Yes it cleaned a little but nothing like these reviews and other pictures show. Water down bleach is the best way to go.

Rarely do I find something that works as well as promised. This is 100% the real deal. I ordered this because the person that was supposed to pressure wash my deck couldnt make it, but I wanted to stay on schedule for yard chores. I am so glad I didn't pressure wash! There is no way pressure washing would have done this well, or be this easy. I was worried that the stains, mold and dirt would never come off completely. I was also worried I would be scrubbing all day. This was sooooo easy! Within seconds of spraying, everything melted away! The only work involved was wiping away the mess. I also used this on a flower pot I thought was beyond help. I will NEVER be without this product! I did almost all of the railings on my 12x12 deck and only used 1 bottle, so the size is great. All things considered, I think this is a great value. It drastically shortened my cleaning time because it took so little time and effort to make the railings sparkle like new. Although I couldn't find ingredients, it does have a component similar to bleach. It didn't bleach my pants or cleaning cloths, but it completely bleached my shirt, so keep that in mind. It does say that on the label. I would also recommend wearing gloves if you're going to use this for more than a quick touch-up.

The mold almost just disappears in front of your eyes. I have used many different cleaners over the years and never seen one breakdown mold and mildew like this one does now for those of you with boats. It’s got some bleach in it so you gotta be careful of your seams in the seats of your fabric, make sure you wipe it down with something else after you use it. That being said. I don’t think I’ve seen a better product on the market for Marine use, patio furniture, vinyl, etc..
