This does help with your sugar levels my last blood test proved it and my doctor was very happy as I am on the border of diabetic. But if you are diabetic please make sure you check with your doctor before taking it as it can lower your sugar in the bad way as well. I also have stopped snacking and am losing weight.

This does NOT work on me at all. My sister ordered this brand at the same time I did, she had been using Nature's Plus, and this is not working on her and she monitors her blood sugar. We are changing brands, even though losing money on this, since I ordered 2 bottles and she ordered 3.

In a nutshell, it works! Haven't tried other brands and don't intend to.

Just what I expected - would buy them again.
