I've tried a lot of MCT oils over the years as this is just as good as the more expensive brands, in fact actually better than some. Great in coffee. mixes well and doesn't just float on the top. No taste whatsoever.I've now found my new supplier.Give it a go you've nothing to lose but maybe everything to gain as you'll save money.

Great MCT Oil at a good price
Thats what made me buy and now am onto the C8. I like the fact the product is priced less than the competition. Just because it is not one of the main brands doesnt mean it is not a good buy. MCT oil C8 has more triclycerides so am pleased that I was able to purchase a bottle.

Made me Really Ill
Took half a teaspoon instead of the recommended teaspoon and made me really ill all day, very nauseous, sore stomach and felt as though I was going to pass out.

I love this oil!I used to buy another brand but it was giving me awful heartburn. I bought this one to include in my son mct diet and also started to put it in my bulletproof coffee - excellent experience for both of us. Will certainly buy it again.
