I really love this bracelet. And unlike the other reviewer, I have had no problem with an allergic reaction to it. It is by far the strongest magnetic bracelet on the market, that I have found. I have carpal tunnel in both of my wrists, and the minute I put it on, the pain in my wrist was noticeably better! Even the numbness was reduced! I know that's hard to believe, but it really works for me!! I have Lyme disease which causes intermittent joint pain and aching. And what I have done is taken a few of the links off of the bracelet and taped them over parts of my knee, ankle, elbow, and even my back. This really seems to help my pain! It sure beats having to buy those big, bulky back and knee braces! These magnets are so strong that just three or maybe four of the links, taped on another area of the body where there is pain, is enough to decrease my discomfort by 50 to 100%! At first, it seems the magnets only work while wearing them. But after wearing them for several days without taking them off I noticed that when I did take them off, the pain was still alleviated.So now I am trying to see how long the pain will stay away without the Magnets? Keep in mind, I am just sharing with you the way that this bracelet works for me. I encourage everyone to use this bracelet as instructed by the manufacturer. I have heard that by solely wearing the bracelet on your wrist, it can take care of pain throughout your body. However, for me, it works best the way I explained above.There are enough magnets in the package to fit most any size wrist. These little suckers are so strong that sometimes they're hard to get apart!! And at first you will notice that your wrist gets stuck on everything metal that you walk near. But It seems, somehow your body gets used to it and that issue occurs less and less. I highly recommend this bracelet to anyone who has mild to moderate joint pain. And like I said above, please abide by the manufactures instructions before trying the bracelet my way!

I didn't notice any improvement in my arthritis using this bracelet but do understand that others have. It easily becomes dirty and there is a black residue that builds up between the links. You can't simply soak it to remove this residue or clean it with a brush. You have to individually take off each link and clean it -- a rather tiresome endeavor. Sorry I can't be more positive but it is what it is.

While the magnets are very powerful and the idea is great, the product itself will not maintain a shine. It is constantly tarnished no matter how much and often I clean it. After an hour or so on my wrist the shine is lost and looks cheap. It is not reflective of the image I wish to project to others and will not wear it anymore because of that. I would not purchase it knowing what I know now.

My husband absolutely loved this bracelet. The magnets SEEMED to be very powerful (so much so that the magnetic links are what hold the bracelet on the wrist). You simply remove links to adjust the size.Unfortunately, it somehow fell off his arm today. I can only give it 2 out of 5 stars; I would not feel comfortable recommending it to anyone as a purchase since a bracelet that falls off a wrist is essentially worthless.Because he liked it so much, I ordered a replacement. After reading through some other reviews (for people who managed to keep from losing the bracelet as quickly as we did), we are returning the replacement as well. From now on we'll just stick to Earth Therapy; we know we can always rely on them for quality products.

I'll say this it did improve my wrist pain I have a little arthritis in my wrist to prove it was not just me I had my wife wear it for a day also she told me that it was a slight improvement in her pain in her arm also.

Fits and looks nice. Easily adjustable for size. This bracelet is very powerful, every link is magnetic. This bracelet cleans up easily, and is wearing well.

They fail to tell you that it is nickel plated. I found out the hard way after buying 3 of them.1 black, 1 gold, and 1 silver and after wearing them overnight woke up with nickel rash.

THE BEST THING IVE EVER ORDERED. I have a deformed bone in my wrist that pinches nerves and rubs badly. Causes me a lot of pain. This helps greatly with that pain. I cant take it off anymore for anything more then a few minutes. Once i do take it off i can definitely feel the difference, the pain comes back quickly. Is a very good product for someone in pain
