I used to suffer a lot from sore throats and fevers since my childhood because I have a weak immune system.In my current environment, I prefer staying at home in the weekends to avoid cathcing flu. I recently foudn this supplemtntaion on Yin Qiao Shan Jie Du Pian : Amazon and consulted Ginsen online. Their very friendly practionars recommended me this herbal supplement to take with my daily food and also told me to take 5-6 quantites for 3 times when I get fever or sore thraot. I followed this routine for a few weeks and I got real help for my weak immune system. Now it seems, I am not getting cold and fever so often like before. Nearly finished and will reorder more. Tablets are not too big- 320mg unlike some other brands have 750mg but I corrected it with 3X3 a day LOL Still excellent value for money and combined with essential oils in the burner (just got a pack of 2 100 ml bottles of Eucalyptus oil pack from another great supplier), chicken soup and really hot baths if you don;t have a sauna handy you've done enough for your immunity to do its bit (unless you've got some other serious issues regarding health). My baby had a 39.5 degree temperate hike and I didn’t feel great either. Called medical line and they asked baby to wait to see as no consistent cough. Baby was fine within a day but I ordered this product in hoping to boost my own immunity to against flu or cold. I feel better after a couple of days of taking them. I always go for my own food therapy or Chinese herbs to boost immunity when under the weather. Worthy trying!

Can’t really say I feel any different, however only been on them for 7 days,I bought this product for prevention, I’m not yet sick ! having Googled all the ingredients, they all seem good for you. Can’t hurt 👍🏻

Take these at the first sign of a cold as recommended by my acupuncturist and so far none!

I don't know but it didn't help my freind properly. I bought because I saw a lot review but it was no really good or work quickly.
