Great fit and good for safety.
Love puddle jumpers. We just bought another one this will be the 3rd, one for all 3 of our kids. I cannot say enough good about these. Perfect fit for our 14 month old who is 25lbs and also perfect for our four year old.

DO NOT GET THIS
I do NOT recommend this product. My son is a small 3 year old (30lbs). The arms were too tight. Intact it gave him nursemaids elbow and I had to take him to the ER to have his elbow reset
