Q: I have used this product with my spray mop, diluting it as instructed. The only time it leaves the floor shiny is when it’s wet. What am I doing wrong

it dosen't work very well with any kind of straying I think it has something to do with what is in it cause if you make a bottle up it seperates I have gone back to my old one brought at locally shops

Q: Can i use this with a steam mop?

Not totally sure but I can't see why you can't use it in a steam mop. Just make sure it's well diluted.
