I wanted to send it back but UPS never knocked that just left the return slip and never returned to get the phone. It's a complete waste of money and the touch screen is trash!

I just talked to my sister in Cuba and she told me that the phone barely can connect. It seems that is not compatible with the famous "packages" that ETECSA sells. So if you are thinking about purchasing this phone to send it to Cuba, you are going to lose your money. ETECSA was sending a message to my sister for her to be able to connect and have access to the package with GBites and she never got it. She had to sell that phone and buy another one in Cuba and just that way she was able to upload the package and use "normal for Cuba" internet. So, do not buy it for Cuba. It does not work.

Well after loosing a smartphone that never arrived and was marked as delivered by usps and Amazon refused to credit the amount paid I decided to order this phone,the first thing I noticed is the size only 5 inches not the 5.5 inches as stated,and only 8 GB internal storage not 16 GB as stated,but after my bad experience with customer service and my lost phone I decided to keep it because i need it,i think I received another smaller goody model ..anyway battery life is not that great,in my case phone connects to my wifi network but does not connect to internet I must investigate more,the good..nice looking and slim,good display,fear camera,you can move apps to an SD and save the limited internal memory.it comes with a silicon case and screen protector,recognized 2 sims cards and micro Sd,i regret not buying a Blu model for less price,same size,storage and better camera but i decided to keep it..Amazon must be more careful when advertising a product..overrall is not a bad phone but does not have a 5.5 inches screen and internal memory is only 8gb.if you can buy a better one or a Blu for less price I feel a little disappointed and prefer not to say more.

I brought this phone. I left it in the box for 3.5 months before I opened it and used it, because I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Finally I got the phone activated about 3 weeks ago, and I found out if I am on the phone, no other calls can get through. You will not even know someone called you because there is no missed call message I thought this company would at least take my phone back and send me one that is working. They said you have a 90 day warranty. I lost my mom, this was not in my top things to do. Again I thought it was a company that stands behind their work and product, now I am out $300 and a phone. I have to get my old phone turned back on. Thank God it's still in good shape. I just wanted an iPhone.

I liked the look and feel of the smartphone initially but I was only able to access half of the factory loaded apps....I dont know if it was the phone or the finger that was the problem but I accidentally rebooted the phone and it is now in Safe mode what ever that is which disabled several of the apps as well. I am sending the phone back to Amazon.com who is going to send me the exact same item and it should be here in a couple days and I will return the defective smartphone via KOHLS which seems almost to easy. Like I said i liked the phone from the start but It was very touchy as far as accessing the factory loaded apps which is one of the main reasons i ordered the phone in the first place. The camera worked and the other features on the phone were Okay and I wonder if Amazon is to big for the quality of the merchandise they are selling but we will find out If the new phone works according to plan...which brings to mind what is the average life span of a typical smartphone... weeks...months or years but we will find out in a couple days and a few days later the phone for the third time locked itself out of use and buy saying it was locked it was frozen on the main screen which prompted me to return the phone for a complete and full refund with out any difficulties or question asked and let the buyer beware if you are going to purchase a new mobile smartphone from Amazon.com by a new phone from a reputable company you know and would most defiantly trust.Thats all for now...James Martin

Literally searched for a Sprint phone. Should’ve known at $70 that it was too good to be true. Went to the Sprint store today and they told me it wasn’t compatible.Sprint told me next time I buy a phone off amazon ask for the IMEI ID to make sure it’s compatible.I was so excited and now so disappointed.Do research first friends.

Not a bad phone. You will have to get on the ATT web page to change the phone's internal settings to process data. After that, no issues after a couple of weeks.

It's garbage! Looks nice but that's about it it doesn't even work and it's supposedly an unlocked phone smh. Such a waste, I had such high hopes, but oh well! It's not the first time brought things from Amazon and it's trash. Buy it, Your own risk!
