These pads are fantastic for muscle pain. There is a scent, but it is more herbal, less medicinal scent.

Better than expensive Diclofenac patches ($800 for a one month supply) I have a lot of different spinal issues, that have no surgical options for healing. These patches, in concert with high grade cannabis products, and turmeric extract, yield the best results for easing my pain on a daily basis. Don't leave them on more than 6 hours though. They made me break out in an itchy, burning rash when I put them on for the suggested 12 hours

The patches work! My mother in law gave me some Chinese patches when I had an injury at work and said they will help. I was skeptical about it, but my back and my neck really hurt, and i would try anything. I put them on for 1 hour and decided to take it of because it was irritating my skin. Imagine my surprise when i discovered that my pain was gone! I used the patches on several occasions with similar results, every time being stunned about how quickly and how well they worked! When i wanted to purchase more, my mil told me that she got them from China during her trip. I decided to search online to see if I can find something similar. Well, recently my husband started having severe neck pain, which lead to tension headache.( never happened before). He had headache every day for a week around Thanksgiving. I ordered Hua Tuo brand hoping it would help. That was the closest thing i could find to what my mother in law gave me. My husband used several of the patches , and within 24 his neck pain was completely gone, and he doesn't have anymore headaches either. He still has some leftover neck tension but the pain is completely gone. I am so glad! Word of advice: don't keep the patch on longer than 2 hours at the time, especially if you have sensitive skin. Use the patch 1-2 hours, discard, and use another one after several hours if still needed.

These patches seem to work well for muscle pain or soreness.My only complaint is that any and all hair will be removed wherever you place the patch. I guess that could be a feature, instead of a flaw, depending on how you look at it.They don't seem to have the "oomph" that some other herbal patches have when you put them on at first. But, my shoulder and back knots seem to just melt away after a few hours of wearing a patch.The fabric on the patch is very thin, so I usually just peel back a corner of the backing, and place a corner of a patch against my skin before removing the backing, entirely. I had a couple of times when I completely removed the backing before trying to place on my skin, and the patch just folded in on itself.The scent is a bit different than I'm used to, as well. It reminds me of curry, a little, and makes me a bit hungry.All in all, a good herbal patch, and one that I would recommend.-1 star for the waxing salon level of hair removal

Surprise of surprises! It worked fast and well.I have a 'mangled spine' from several accidents, so at any one time, SOME PLACE on my back/neck/shoulder is hurting badly. I'd used the regular version of these for a year or so and they were helpful. I ran out on Sunday, so ordered these.These arrived today and I immediately slapped one on my shoulder/neck area. It didn't really tingle at first. I went outside in the searing heat to water a plant, then with the light sweat, it started to heat a bit. And now, it feels really, really better.I wanted to write the review right away.They do smell a bit different than the regular strength, and these have a flesh-colored, ventilated backing with a yellow-ish emulsion inside next to the skin. The regular strength I had had a white colored backing , wasn't ventilated and had a black emulsion next to the skin.Personally, though, what matters to me is that it really helped a great deal.I've tried other plasters and they often fall off, slide around or simply don't help. THESE do. (They were recommended, btw, by a massage therapist I used in Maui over a year ago. She swore by them.)

I bought this product for shoulder pain. After just 5 patches (used over maybe 8-10 days, so not every day, not continuously), they caused a red rash! I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so this is very unusual and unexpected. I stopped using them 5 days ago, but the rash has not faded. Besides the rash, it did very little to relieve my pain. The menthol was cool and mildly soothing, but overall, I felt it did not help the pain.

Sticks to skin really well, so gotta do a fast pull off! But brings so much warming relief. Been using these for a year now. Patch lasts all day and into the night.

These are an absolute life saver on those days I wake up with an achey back after a workout or even from just sitting long hours at my work computer. I bought a pack of 3 and sometimes I cut the patches into smaller sizes depending on where I’m aching. I gave a package to my parents and they absolutely loved it, the pain is gone almost instantly. The smell is pretty strong but it’s herbal minty so I’m ok with that. I cannot recommend these enough worth every penny!
