My Favorite work shoe
I work as an automotive service adviser and am on my feet all day. I wear them for at least 10 hrs a day 5 days a week. For the most part, the shoes are slip resistant. My feet are exposed to rain, snow, salt from the road, dirt, everything that melts off the cars when they are pulled into the drive through for service. Skechers for Work Women's 76510 Compulsions Indulgent Work Shoe, usually lasts for about 6 to 8 months before the front of then shoe starts to come apart, where the leather upper portion and rubber sole portion meet around the toes. the rubber starts to come loose and will eventually pull away enough to expose the front part of your feet. however, even at this point they are still comfortable, just no longer attractive. I'm just starting on my third pair. I have been using the Skechers for Work Women's 76510 Compulsions Indulgent Work Shoe for about 2 1/2 years now.I wish the shoes were water proof and that they lasted longer. For the price and the comfort I will continue to buy these shoes.

A good everyday shoe, too
I purchased these shoes as a replacement for one of Skechers' laceless "bicycle shoe" style sneakers. I've come to love laceless shoes, because I have to take my shoes on and off all the time. While I love the smaller profile of the biker shoes, they were ultimately "fashion sneakers" and I wore holes through the soles! After deciding I needed something more sturdy, I found these. I am so far pleasantly surprised by these shoes: they look pretty good, they have excellent grip (at least for everyday use and occasional hikes) and are very comfortable. I have high arches, and was expecting to have to use arch supports, which I've had to do for every other shoe. The insoles that came with the shoe are pretty good, and even help with my plantar fascia, too. Time will tell how long the insoles last.I took off one star for a couple of things: I found that while they fit from toe to heel, they are wide for my feet. I also found that with thin socks, one shoe gave me a blister above my heel. Problem was solved by wearing better socks.

Great shoe for the price
After researching non slip shoes online I decided on this one because it had the most positive reviews, the slip on style, and the breathability.I am a cook and a server at two different rstaurants and spend a lot of time on my feet and constantly on the move. I had previously worn dansko clogs and loved them when I was working in a fairly enclosed kitchen, but now that I work in a larger kitchen, and as a server, I find that the extra weight of the clog hurts my back. These shoes are extremely light weight and after a few weeks of wear my back has been bothering me much less. The non slip sole has worked great even around the death-trap-dish-pit of one of my restaurants. There is not a lot of cushion in the sole but I find them to be fairly comfortable anyway. If you want to put a gel insert or something, I would definitely recommend ordering a size up as the toe flattens out quite a bit.Overall I am totally happy with my purchase.

SIZING!!!!
I had to order these shoes twice. They were to big; THEY DO NOT RUN TRUE TO THEIR SIZING!!!! I generally wear a size 7. The shoe fit but it felt like it could fit better so I ordered a size 6.5, I still feel like I could go down a size but then it would be too tight of a fit. I do have a smaller foot; so I'd recommend if you have a small foot order a size down. Other than that they are great shoes. I wouldn't call them ugly but they are decent looking. All of my shoes offer no support so finally having a shoe that offers support its amazing. I'm a chef and obviously on my feet for long periods of time. I wore black vans before and these are amazing replacements. 10/10 shoeEdit: It's been nearly a year and I wore these shoes down into the ground. I am ordering a new pair; these are by far my favorite pair of work shoes.

Nonslip, good fit, comfort OK
Like everyone else here, I bought these for work at a restaurant. The day before they came in the mail, I had gone down with a tray full of glass teapots. The next day, with the skechers on, I couldn't even tell that part of the floor was slippery. So they are definitely non-slip -- within reasonable limits (my coworker says, "You can't beat physics). I expected them to have more cushion, since they're "indulgent." They're decently comfortable but do a lot more for slipping than they do for standing on your feet all day. As for fit, I have tiny, tiny feet. My usual size is a 4.5. After reading the reviews, I bought a size 5, and they fit perfectly. Extremely perfectly. If I were to buy them again, I'd size up and then put in some comfy insoles.

Go limp and take it!!
I looked for several shoes before deciding on this pair. I hate how a lot of non slip shoes are so bulky and....manly. I really liked the sleek look of these shoes. I read some of the reviews that said they needed to be broken in, and, let me tell you....if you can make it past the initial few days of breaking them in, they are great! I had blood blisters on both of my heels, and my feet were so sore....so, I had to go back to my old shoes for about a week while my feet heeled, and, when I went back, they've been great ever since! Definitely worth the purchase. Just have to put up with the initial pain for the long term benefits. Love these shoes, now.

Stands up to time
Super comfortable sneakers that look sleek and provide support. I bartend, which demands that I'm on my feet for 9-13 hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week. I usually tear through sneakers, they provide support AND remain slip-resistant for maybe 3-4 months before I have to buy new ones. Not only do these sneakers last longer (6-7 months, which is really good for the use!), but they are also very affordable (around $60). They are tried and true and I've been ordering this exact shoe for the last two years. If you have a job like mine that requires standing for long periods of time and are mandated to be black, I strongly recommend these. I usually wear size nine heels, 8 1/2 sneakers but I order these at nine and they fit perfectly. I'd recommend ordering a 1/2 size up. Oh, also very important, these shoes are indeed slip-resistant. A lot of work shoes boast this claim, but these make the cut. Skirting around the bar and over drink spills regularly, I would know!

Perfect work shoe
I love it. This is the second pair I have and the only shoe so far that I got a second pair of. The first one served a good 1.5 years of everyday use and was incredibly comfortable. The exterior did not fail or tear, although I was not taking care of it. The only reason I replaced it was the insole getting old. It is very stylish as a work shoe and goes with almost every outfit.

Great work shoes
I am on my feet all day at work and need good shoes. I was not disappointed with these, very comfortable and good quality. They fit a bit snug but once I wear them in a bit more they should be fine.

Comfortable work shoes!
Very comfortable. So far so good in terms of supportive while on my feet most of the day. Fits a little large, but not so bad that they rub too much or fall off.
