This was my first review in March 2019. Today Dec 19 review is after.Machine is really great and easy to use. I just throw in a few items put it on 6 mins and I have a really good meal. The problem is the cooking pot. When you saute and leave residue you will not get all off unless you press hard and that rubs of any non stick properties. It does not hold up like a good saucepan. Contacted Gourmia. They will only replace the full machine. But to get a new machine I must cut the chord BEFORE they send. I explained we are currently living in an extended stay hotel and need to keep using the machine because the kitchen is only a couple of burners. They have stopped communicating. I am waiting for them to at least tell me who their registered agent is in TX so I can file a small claims suit. Expect similar results.Latest update.As soon as they had a pot they replaced. It was a couple months because we were not prepared to cut chord and get a brand new machine. Today I had an issue where I lost a rubber grommet off the float valve. They were extremely helpful. Solved within minutes. Part sent that day and they don't charge a fortune for them. Actually $5. Great company. Will buy from them again.

Just started using the Smartpot, and boy is it worth it! I used to use a slow cooker which took 4-6 hours depending on the recipe. This takes about 1/2 the time. This is really convenient since I prep my food in the morning and I would like to get a meal in in the afternoon. The setup is simple and clean up is easy. It looks really slick too. Awesome!

I have used my Gourmia exclusively since my purchase. I think that was over a month ago. There is a bit of a learning curve, as far as cooking times, and the appropriate setting, but, every piece of meat has been extremely tender, and oh so delicious!I bought this particular cooker for two reasons, there are knobs as controls (I don't like pushbuttons), and the sizes available.There are only two of us at home, but I bought the eight quart cooker so I don't have to cook every day. It was an excellent purchase.

I absolutely LOVE this multipot. I bought it thinking I would use this solely as a pressure cooker but to my surprise it’s so much more versatile than I ever imagined. The best part is you use this kitchen appliance for every step of your receipe from sauté, cook, to keep warm. The digital menu is so easy you don’t even have to read the directions that comes with the pot. Lastly, cleanup of the multipot is a breeze... no more messing up the kitchen with tons of dishes! Now I understand the Instant Pot craze... I’m totally onboard!

I am so glad that I bought this item. This pressure cooker is amazing. It's super simple to use which is nice since I had no experience with it. I had no idea what a pressure cooker was or how to use it but now I am in love. I can't wait to keep using it. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent machinery, however the lack of accessories and replacement parts on the market is the main reason I give only 4 stars.

Just bought this pressure cooker and it is really easy to use and so far, everything has cooked perfectly. So far I have used it mainly for rice and meat and all has turned out perfectly. Easy clean up and saves so much time!

Received my order last week. Reading the instruction manual and recipes before using. I cannot find directions how use pressure cooker to preserve salmon in mason jars. Or maybe, I am just missing the page. Friends visiting from Alaska bringing me boxes of wild salmon. Preserving/canning will give me a year supply of good wild fresh catch salmon. 3 stars for now. Will update to 4 or 5 after cooking my salmon in jars. Thanks

love it so easy to clean ,the flavour is so perfect ,just dump the food in and let the pot do its job ,I use it at least 4 times a week or more just love it , and the price is fantastic,

wow love it, does everything it says it can do. and displayed on my counter.

when i first got it and opened the lid.. the lid was scraped along the rim.. when i started to use it the electric control panel would go out and i had to unplug and plug back in in order for it to work again and yes the base end was all the way plugged into the machine.. these pots are great to use but i wish i bought another instant pot instead of this model.. i noticed that this is a cheaper quality but fortunately i dont use it that often.. the one thing i do love and do recommend if you get the instant pot is the tfal pot inside.. the stainless steel pot is a total nuisance to have to scrub with baking soda everytime using.. and if you do decide on getting an instant pot.. get the 8 quart.. its worth the extra money especially if you do lots of cooking..
