Everyone else is right, the letters/characters are very challenging to get out. I had to use a cutting board and sharp knife. Up close you can tell, but it worked fine for us.

Arrived unattached at one corner. Luckily I was able to glue it. I like that it came with a stand. Otherwise it was exactly as I expected. Took a while to unattach all the letters, even with clippers, the glad ones were tough. But all in all a good purchase. Quality control needed up in this one, big time.

The board itself is study, and seems to hold up very well. The letters however are very fragile. I broke multiple clips due to the way they come attached and have to be broken off. I found that using scissors was the easiest way to break the letters apart, but still had a couple crack just away from the cut area.

Very cute board and easel set. I would buy again and even multiples for specific events that need tabletop signs. Like dessert bars, meat bar, pasta bar, cold cut bar, etc. Family reunions for each branch of the fam, sign in tables, brochure tables, etc.Pros: lots of letters, modern emojis, easy to push thru felt, perfect table top size.Cons: plastic letters aren't very flexible so unless u cut them all off at once they can break when cutting out individually. Tried to super glue the 2pcs but that didn't work so just be careful. Gonna buy a tin to keep letters in bc they are delicate. Still happy just gotta be careful.

I really love the board. It is very nicely made and super cute. What I didn't like was how difficult it is to separate the letters, numbers, emojis, etc. from their holder. I had to resort to using a razor blade to remove each letter from the holder. The plastic holding them together is very thick. So far, I have only removed what I needed for the occassion. It is very labor intensive. They should have made an easy tear tab. It looks great once I was able to separate everything.

My daughter and I love this cute board!! My only complaint is that the felt is not a good quality. It shows where the letters have been so after a while, it will look worn out and a little old. I really like the 600 letter/number and word characters that this provides. So cute!

i love this board so much it came out exactly how i expected. the only issue i have is the letters are kinda hard to get off of the thing. i had to use scissors and it started to hurt my hand. but other than that i love it so much and definitely recommend it!

Overall I like the Letter Board Message Sign but the letters and numbers should have already been cut out and because they aren't there is a lot of trouble taking these apart. Also the part that hold to the felt bends very easily or sometime is cut when cutting the number and letter out. I had to throw a few away that were damaged. I like the color of the felt in black and the wood like color on the outside. It looks very nice and does motivate me with the messages I post on there daily!
