This case is sturdy, I just went to a river hike and had the phone under water most of the time and not a single drop of water went through. The video shows a moment when I fell down and the phone got submerged and continued working as if nothing happened. I had previously been to another beach and river trip and did the same. This is 100% worth the money!

Excellent quality product. This is the second time I’m purchasing an iPhone XR waterproof case. I don’t need waterproof, but I need full protection, that’s why I bought this case. The best thing I like about this case - Touch screen sensitivity. Most of the waterproof cases sucks because you have to press a few times to type, which is why this phone case is a cure . This is the most touch-sensitive waterproof case I ever used. I used to have life proof and other similar type cases for previews generation iPhones. So I’m talking based on my real life experience It’s very sturdy, squarish ( which I really like ) easy installing, well protective case. Things I don’t like - It Will make your phone bulkier. But that’s the trade-off for a better protection I wish if they can come up with full body covering, yet the very slim silicone-based case for iPhone.

This is a great case provides the level of protection as advertised, I work in construction and have dropped it off a couple of ladders with no damage to the case or my phone inside. The case does add some bulk to my iPhone XR but I feel confident that when my phone is in the case no damage will come to it, so the extra bulkiness is worth it in my opinion. I would recommend this case and would purchase again. For the price being asked it is worth every penny.

The delivery came as promised. We had a tight turnaround from the time we ordered these. We got them right before our vacation. The cases worked great. We did the tissue test to ensure the seal was good, before putting our phones in them. As we same with the fish in the Bahamas, everything was great. Because it is waterproof the audio in/out is muffled, but that's a small price to pay to enjoy water activities with an electronic. The one downfall, which it was major is the touchscreen wasn't as responsive in the case. This may be our fault, as we didn't take off the screen protector we previously had on our phones. We didn't take it off as we knew we were going back to the previous phone cases after our trip. Overall, this is a great buy!!

I put 5 stars because for what I needed was 5 stars ...I bought this case after reading reviews to take video under the water ...case is very good ... video are very clear and I was very concern about that ...came out videos under water was very clear ... Cons : you can not take pictures under the water ...also you have to start recording before you start to snorkeling because butons doesn't work under the water ...out of water you can text but you can not hear very well when u speak in phone ...well I say I bought to use my phone under the water...I didn't want to spend a lot of money for waterproof camera ...this case is just perfect ...

This case seems like a good deal for the price paid - and it was easy enough to snap together, is 'bulky' enough (I prefer that as opposed to a slim case) to likely provide protection if I drop it. My only complaint is the side buttons that control off/on, volume, screenshots, and whatever else you can do with the side buttons ---- they are nearly impossible to use. You have to press REALLY hard to get them to work. I have resorted to using my drop down screen to control volume as I use that frequently. I've NOT been able to take a screenshot at all because I cant get the volume down button to work at which is needed to take screenshots. This problem is VERY annoying and taints my overall opinion of this case. There wasn't an option to rate how many stars using the side buttons scored but I'd have to give this case 0 or 1 star on that feature. This issue drops this case down from what could have been a 5 star review to maybe 3 or 4 stars. I'm hoping the buttons 'loosen up' over time. If not I'll be case shopping again real soon. 🙁

I first got this case when I got my phone XR new. I was teaching an inclusive Special Education class with students that had behavioral issues and a waterproof and shockproof case was a necessity. Although I did replace it once over the years due to a scratch on the screen cover, I have been pleased. Fast forward to last Friday, my phone fell out of my pocket while getting in the car and I didn’t see it. Long story short, I ran over my phone. While my phone ring shattered and the case was scratched and misaligned, my phone is FINE except for a very minor/small pixelated area on the Home Screen. I am so grateful that I am not replacing my phone! Needless to say, I am gladly purchasing another one!!!

Came in sturdy and simple packaging, along with a wet and dry cleaning wipe and two sets of instructions. The case had a protective peel-off screen on both the front and back. The case fit perfectly on my phone and looks similar to LifeProof or OtterBox case. I LOVED that it comes with a phone strap! You can either use the one provides if you choose to take it in the water or you can put something cute on it. I didn’t realize it, but this case was literally BUILT to be in the water! It’s very strong and safe but also easy to assemble! I would definitely recommend to others!! 10/10 super great product!!!

This case does not work for an iPhone XR. It silences your voice while having a conversation. The caller on the other end cannot hear a word you’re saying!!
