Can these be fixed to a wall?

They come with sticky backs . I stuck mine to a wood surround on my mirror which is slightly bevelled. A flat surface would be better . You need to plug it in abs the lead isn’t very long .

Why did you choose this rather than others?

The price was good and the lights are separated by the lead and are stick on therefore you can place them at different lengths.

I am rotatting the bulbs as instructed but the wires aren't moving. Any ideas?

I just taped the wires behind my mirror. Can’t even notice them
