Would they really work for a 5’8 little mousy boi?

Yes but the heel part could be a little wider.

Im 10.5 in boots and 11 on shoes also have wide feet would it work for me

Yes they would fit, the front of the insert is incredibly thin, it's only the heel that is thick. I believe they would fit any shoe size 6 and up. Just be careful withe heel height. If you have too may levels of the insert in it could look odd/ obvious.

I am considering ordering these for a wedding. Would it be nessecary to go a size up in a dress shoe to accommodate for the tallest insole?
