Bought this product for elderly relatives. Old couch that sags in the middle. It works very well and now we don't sink to the floor. The bord folds into 3rds for shipping. It is strong, a little heavy. Well made. Delivered quickly. No damage to packaging. Haven't had to contact the company so can't review customer service - but that is also a sign of a good product. My relatives couch must be wider in depth (from front of couch to back) because I have to scoot forward just so my feet can touch the floor and the board is 3 or 4 inches from the front of the cushions. I think it's a great product.

Bought these for my parents for a couch they don’t have anymore,the couch they had before had these and size was perfect and was easy to assemble.

I rarely write legitimate reviews here on Amazon. I think this may be my 4th, non-joke review. This item has a design flaw. The folding feature prevents it from being sturdy enough to make a meaningful difference in support. There should be some extra strips of wood that attach to the unfolded board along the joints to prevent it from having so much give. Combine that with the cost of this item and the conclusion is simple. Don’t spend the money on this. Instead, go to Home Depot and pick up a precut 2’X4’ piece of plywood for $15 and use that. You know, the way we used to do it before on line shopping…

I had higher hopes for this product, it did offer a modicum of support to the sofa, however I think they need to be a little thicker. I do like that they are coverd so they don't damage cushions but the material makes the cushions slip a little. Additionally, they could be cut a little deeper to fit. The folding design is nice if you wanted to change length or fold to fit under a particular cushion that gets the most use. Having to buy more now for better support doesn't make it cost efficient.

I ordered this as a last resort. My fiancé thought I was throwing money away and I honestly didn’t know if I was or not. I put it down and we both sat on the couch and Instantly could tell a difference. It didn’t fix the back pillow but to sit on it has lengthened the life of the couch for now until we can purchase new one.

This is so much cheaper than buying a new couch. My couch is almost 20 years old, after 7 kids, 4 moves and cats with claws, it was becoming time to start shopping for a new couch. Our kids are almost all out of the house, new couch was in my future... then the country shut down. Couches are rare and take months to get, this is a great option lifted the cushions and made the couch useable again.
