My experience:It's a good basic epilator, consisting of 20 rotating discs-able to pluck lots of hairs together. This is the reason for pain-which is bearable for me. The compact curvy model of BRE-235 is very good, appears modern, good for gripping. This model has no other accessories (other than a sensitive cap), which appeared to be a good option for me. The noise is common with every epilator….it's a bit loud.For me, I had to epilate after every 1 week for a month...slowly I had to epilate after every 1.5 week for another month & at present I'm epilating after every 2 weeks i.e. twice a month. So by this, we can conclude that with continuous epilation, hair regrowth reduces. So, in the long run it is possible that hair growth will reduce further with continuous epilation.Preps before epilating:Take a warm bath- this opens poresExfoliate a day before (using a scrubbing brush or scrubs available in the market).During epilating:Hold the skin taut- a very important stepHold the epilator at 90° against the skinGlide it (like a razor, but slow-to allow hairs to be plucked).About the device:This device uproots the hairs from the skin (similar to waxing) but does not affect skin, since it only glides over it. The company originated from the Netherlands and they have multiple manufacturing units, in various countries. The one I received is manufactured in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Africa. The quality of the product is good as it's tested during and after manufacturing by Philips themselves.Rest all descriptions given are correct. The offer provided is very amazing.Suggestions:Go ahead, take a leap of faith & buy this product. It's like use it or lose it!It's a very beneficial product...and can literally change your life!

Useless product on the video. It shows like that it is very helpful to remove your facial hair, but when you actually try it, it doesn’t come out, and it’s painful to. this product, but it is no use.

The philips epilator is a must have in every women’s grooming kit. While I was extremely skeptical before buying it because of the product being completely new and not hearing a lot of women using this. It turns out to be most useful product for getting rid of unwanted hairs from legs and arms. It feels painful in the beginning but so did waxing in the beginning and eventually you get used to it. Infact this is a completely mess free and lesser time consuming. Been using it once in a month just like I used to avail waxing services from a salon

I have been using it for a month now, and it's working well for me. In terms of pain, it's exactly like waxing but in slow motion. In waxing, it's just one pull; but with this you feel every hair being pulled out. You don't feel much pain when it's on the hand; on the legs it's medium pain, it's quite painful in the underarms. However, the longer you use it, the lesser the pain. The hair growth is less compared to waxing and shaving. The hair comes out thinner as well. I had to use it every two weeks. The hair has to be medium size for the epilator to work well. If the hair is small, and you use it, then you will notice stubble in a day or two. So make sure you have medium size hair to use it.

Product is good but packaging is too bad

I never used epilator before..but wanted to try cz I'm sick of going to parlour every now and then... And hate shaving.The only hair removing method i was using was waxing since past few years.I would say this thing's game changer..For people who are in doubtsShould you buy it or notDon't watch Youtubers with weird thumbnails like "watch this before using epilator" ....trust me they will just mess up your brain.Just go for it, i would say this is a great investment.(I don't have thick hair on my body. And my skin is normal,not sensitive at all,,and my pain tolerance is really good.)I used this product on my hands and legs;Just how the manual said....Use it just like that.And for a safety purpose i iced the skin areas i used epilator on ...even if it was not red or bumpy..It's been few days since then ... everything is very normal...and I'm so so so happy with the results....I can't tell if it removed hair from roots or not ...but the finishing is good. And my hair didn't grow any thicker (yeah !).But i would say one thing for sure...that it's way better than shaving.And yes one point,, the sound this machine makes is really horrifying ...at first it nearly made me not to use this thing ..but you'll get used to it in no time ..so don't worry about that.
