If im size 37 which option should i get? 38 m eu/ 7 b(m) us w??

37 maybe. I wear 41 sz in Dansko shoes but the Birki sz 41 felt a little lose. First time I bought them though. They are better with the gel inserts

How do you wash them?

In our experience I would hand wash them. Do not put them in a washing machine

Do I have to wear socks with these?

Yes, definitely wear with socks but the shoes are so comffffyyyyy, you will love them

I need shoes to work in a kitchen. How well does the slip resistance aspect of these shoes work?

Slip resistance is more than adequate. I'm a chubby little guy that speeds around the kitchen and I had zero issues with this shoe. Great in spills as well as standing water.
