Wow! GoPro Killer!
The camera is amazing! The wrist remote isnt brilliant for motorcyclists wearing gloves but it isn't terrible. The video quality is frankly excellent for the money, up against a friend's GoPro Hero 7 set both to identical settings, barely any difference the GoPro is marginally clearer and more stable at 4k@30fps, I haven't really bothered with the mic as my bike has a stock exhaust and sounds bit pants tbh.The accessories that come with are also excellent l, I have side mounted to my helmet and really want to get other mount blocks for my other helmets as well! Only thing 6hr adhesives are terrible, stuck to the helmet absolutely fine but not to the actual mount foot (see pics 2&3) but I'm going to apply some 2part epoxy to rectify this and stop the camera falling off from time to time (the tether does a very good job, I tether mine to my helmet itself and to the goggles which are secured to helmet by a strap on the back).Definitely worth the low money, I may get one or 2 others over next month's to mount directly to bike.

Awesome kit for the price- and super fast delivery
Very good build quality, good selection of accessories ( could do with an explanation card, as I am a novice) ease of downloading manual and app was great.Picture quality very good, easy to set up and use, with either mobile or RF, remote control, band ( the only piece of kit that looks and feels cheap, could do with being waterproof, but then it was free! Image stabiliser works great with 1080P 60fps. First video playback was jumpy but all others after were good, so must have been a settling down of micro sd card with camera. My first action camera so can't compare with GoPro, but perfect for my needs and a fraction of the price.Very happy!

Good daytime camera for motorcyclists.
The media could not be loaded. The video was shot with the camera in 1080p 60fps, eis on (electronic image stabilisation) and auto low light. The camera was chin mounted to my helmet and in its waterproof case.Day time footage comes out Really impressive given the price of the camera. Night time..... well I have seen much better but also much worse. At this price point I may be wrong to expect good quality at low light but the camera has a low light setting and a night setting.Never use the night setting for videos! everything blurred, same as 1080p 30fps. For night stick with the settings above and for dashcam/motorcycle cam its fine.In the night time footage you hear me talk, my colleague and I use motorcycle communicators between us when we go for rides. I deliberately used bits where I talked as I was really impressed with how well my voice came across given the camera was in its waterproof case and outside my helmet. (the mention of a red light was the fact as we rounded a corner it looked like the lights were red so we slowed down.... only they were not for our lane....dodgy placement. Realised as I watched the video back it sounded like we went through red lights lol)Lots of videos I saw before buying showed the 4k 30fps or 4k60fps, well I dont need 4k I chose a camera capable of it so I would know its true 1080p and this does seem to be.Is this a GoPro killer? well no, ofcourse its not its a third of the price. It is however perfectly suited for the needs of a motorcyclist.Time stamp. One of my niggles with the camera is the date is formatted as Year/month/day time thats a bit strange here in the uk but usable. Also every timestamped camera I have used prior to this made the text black when it detected a white background to make text clearer. This camera does not do that and it does make it hard to see the timestamp in bright light.Overall image quality of the road and cars is good when the sun is low enough to be right in front of the camera, for dashcam/motorcycle cam thats perfect as the road is where we want to be recorded! (have yet to be hit by a car falling from the sky, come close to being hit from cars on the road though lol)I originally recorded at night at 1080 30fps and the video was so bad I got hold of the company to ask how to fix it. I discovered the 1080p 60fps fixed the blurring at night before the response but I found the company to be very helpful. Great customer care is something that gets overlooked in these reviews but with expansive electronics it is a must, I feel confident that if I have any issues with the camera in the first year I will be covered.Batteries, an important topic! With the camera chin mounted in the waterproof case its not easy getting the camera out to change the battery but I found at the settings above I got nearly 2 hours on one battery. The camera comes with three batteries and an external charger (charges two batteries via usb) the batteries seem to take about an hour and a half to two hours to charge. So with an external usb battery pack (I use an anker one) you can keep the batteries charging in your bag. The batteries grip in the charger well so not likely to fall out unless you hit too many potholes. The charger is smart enough to stop asking for current once the batteries are charged. The camera also did not lose any settings on swapping the battery over, though I always aimed to do so as speedy as possible. When the battery did run out on a test run it saved the video file before shutting down. The usb cable.... ah man, why oh why did they use such an out dated connection? its a mini-b connector. I threw all my mini-b usb cables out a long time ago. You would expect a usb-c or at the very least a micro usb. This is the biggest reason for the 4 stars not 5 stars (its right up there with the poor night quality). If I lose that cable I will not be able to charge my camera batteries or transfer videos. for some this may be a minor issue. On the plus side at least its not a proprietary connector that some cameras come with.Transfer speed. The camera uses usb 2.0 (again in 2019 that is disappointing) but the speed was not that bad, I copied 18gb of video in under 20 minutes. The huge plus here is that you can watch videos on your pc with the camera plugged directly into the usb. On go pro I have always had to copy them first. There is ofcourse the rear screen.File size etc. There are two codecs the camera uses h.264 and h.265 the later results in nearly half the file size (a 128gb sd card with my settings gets about 17 hours of recording space at h.265 and around 9 at h.264) there is no difference in quality that I could see between the two. However sony vegas 15 did not like h.265 and I needed to use handbrake to convert them first. H.264 was recognised immediately and is what the source videos for the attached video was recorded with. For me its easier to use the more supported older codec, knowing that when h.265 is more supported I can use it with a press of a few buttons is good though. The sd card is formated in fat32 so the standard 4gb file limit is in effect, but the camera does a great job of just automatically creating a new file with no loss.I am sure there is more I could cover on the camera but these are the important things to me. Hope the review helps. At the end of the day would I recommend the camera? yes...and I have

Excellent for the price. Better than a GoPro in some aspects.
I have owned a few GoPro's and they have produced some great footage, however, I have had many problems with the firmware, causing the touch screen to freeze or for the camera to stop recording for no reason and without warning. Frustrating if you are trying to catch footage that is difficult to duplicate. To me, this was unacceptable for the price. I bought this camera from a recommendation of a friend. This camera is a fraction of the price of the GoPro and although I have not used it for long, I am impressed with the quality of the build, image and accessories. With a GoPro you need to buy these accessories separately, this comes with everything you would need. The image stabilization is great, not as good as the Hero7 Black, but for my purposes (mostly surfing, hiking and mountain biking) this has produced a nice steady image and incredible 4k video. You won't be disappointed with your purchase.

Overall good value
I've used this on a road bike. The image stabilisation is ok, but picture quality is reduced considerably in low light. On the 3rd ride the handlebar mount sheared off and the camera bounced down the road. Fortunately the camera appears to be quite robust and the damage to the case is cosmetic. I'm going to buy a compatible handlebar mount from another supplier and see how that holds up. The camera doesn't remember the date and time when switching batteries and so not worth using the time stamp function.
