This is one of the best crimpers in the market, the advantage is that it is basically imposible to make a mistake as the cables go through and you can double check they are in the correct order. My first one gave me problems and it was not crimping properly after a couple of months, however, i contacted the manufacturer and they were exceptional at customer service, even though i bought it online from a third party, they sent me a return label to send it back and they sent me a new one.However,while I was waiting for it to arrive I needed I crimper fo an upcoming trip out of the states, so I bought this second one here as I was happy about the service I received and we could use a second pair. This new one I bought has been fantastic and all the jobs I did I had no problems. Make sure to order as well a replacement blade kit as some cat5 and cat 6 cables you buy on different places may have different quality cables (cooper and steel) and put stress on the cutting blades. I strongly recomend this tool both for the easy of use and practicality as well as for the excellent customer service and post sale service.

So delivered on time the blades are sharp working very well.

Glad they sell replacement blades but would like it better if they offered only the RJ-45 blades in multipacks as they nick easily when working with heavier cable.

I use this tool to save time. It is well built and solid. Terminations cost a little more but that is nothing compared to my time.
