Roughneck 1in. Mechanical Fuel Meter with 3/4in. Adapters - 5-32 GPM Flow Rate

I attached this meter to a 100LL aviation fueling rig. Initially the measured verses actual was way off. I think that this meter was calibrated for kerosene. I got a couple of fuel cans and filled them with a known quantity of 100LL and marked them. I then adjusted the calibration screw on the meter until I matched the measurements on the cans. This turned out to be about 2 1/8 turns counter clockwise on the calibration screw. I think now I am within .1 or .2 on a 50 gallon fillup. YMMV

This is a well made, easy to install meter. It was accurate as measured into a controlled five gallon container. Nice product

I pretty much consider this $100 thrown away...I'll keep it in the corner for a few years before I throw it away. Not accurate at all!
