Excellent product!
A little goes a long way. Love the way it cooks, tastes and smells (very subtle). And I really appreciate the fact it's organic, like all lards should be... I dab a little in the frying pan, let it melt and twirl the pan to cover the bottom, crack open a couple of organic eggs for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Eat up fatheads!
Been on a ketogenic diet for a couple of months now and decided to phase out milk and related products entirely. In an effort to replace butter and ghee I was looking for a supreme quality fat that was rich (hopefully) in Omega-3 compared to most other lower quality lipids. This lard has been awesome. Adds very little to no taste, and is great for everything from adding to eggs, to use in baking.... My only complaint is the plastic container, for the price it should be glass. Also, I bought this because it said it was from pastured pigs, but I don't see anything about that on my tub and just see vegetarian... Maybe it's the "Leaf Lard" that is actually pastured, I don't know. Next time I will probably buy one that is from exclusively (or primarily) pastured pigs. But overall this was a great introduction into the world of lard. Lard has been completely demonized, and you should consider buying it...
