CowboyStudio Hand Painted 6 X 9 Feet Photography Video Studio Muslin Photo Backdrop Background

I just received the backdrop yesterday (CowboyStudio Hand Painted 10 X 12 ft Muslin Photo Backdrop Background). I admit that I was prepared to not be WOWed by the product based on mixed reviews, though mostly good, and of course the low price. So, once I took it out, opened it up to inspected it; WOW, it was as the picture shows. I felt like I should watch my back, because I had just got away with a steal, lol. I agree with the reviews that say it's: professional looking, high quality, and feels durable. I am well pleased. You will have to do some ironing, a good bit, but mostly because of the fabric's weight (I won't try the thread count references). It's not too heavy, but definitely not transparent (indoors). Now matter what your level photography, or business position; I say buy it, buy it, buy it. I've seen at least the same quality, weight, and size for 3 times the price. I just don't think you'll beat it. I'll post pics and even maybe a video clip in a few days, to help with your decision. I don't normally do that, but I want to give props to CowboyStudio for this deal. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL OFFER SOME MORE AT THIS PRICE. You hear that CowboyStudio?

I am very happy with the Cowboy Studio Hand Painted 10 x 12 ft. Muslin. I read many reviews in reference to this particular backdrop and others as well. This one is 'the one' that had consistent feedback confirming that what you see is what you get. Which is a good thing. People who had purchased other backdrops seemed to be very displeased with the purchase due to it not looking like the advertised example. So, with that said, if you like what you see with this muslin you will be pleased when purchasing it. I am. :o) On another note.... I purchased a couple 10x20 muslins and ended up cutting some excess off due to it bdingmuch longer than would accommodate my studio (at this time). If I need the excess that I cut off I can always throw it over or onto what I need... 10x12 is working very well.

I like the colorful blue of this backdrop. It's wonderful when shooting kids. This is my go to backdrop for that.If there's a negative I have to add, it's just to make sure you have a steamer or you use a spray bottle of hot water to get rid of some of the wrinkles after hanging.I think it's a great backdrop for the price.

I needed a quick background for so school portraits and this was great. Yeah it's really thin but if you light it properly and make sure there's no light spilling in from behind it you can't even tell. The creases and wrinkles fell out pretty quickly using the spray bottle truck and hanging it up. I've for sure gotten my money's worth

I received this backdrop along with another one from Fancier. This one was darker than what is shown and the one from Fancier is substantially lighter than what they show! Makes it difficult to know what you're going to end up with.Other than that, the quality is OK although I thought it would be a bit heavier. It's a bit on the thin side and nothing like the thickness of the green screen that came with my backdrop stand (Square Perfect). It should suffice, though.

I bought this for elementary school winter dance portraits. I was nervous about receiving it with all the wrinkles as mentioned in previous reviews. To my surprise the wrinkles came out just fine. I would that laying it out and misting water on the wrinkles, then letting it air dry worked best.I will purchase another soon in a different color.

This suits all of my needs. It is very wrinkly when you get it, and I haven't really cracked the code on how to transport since I actually take this places with me rather than having it set up in a studio at home. Shipped very quickly, looks wonderful in all the photos I've taken so far (of humans and dogs), and REALLY brings out the blue eyes in your subject.

This backdrop is on par with other ones in the same price range. It's decently put together. The one I got has a little more white showing than I wanted but it is still totally adequate for my purposes. Being hand painted, it's always going to be hard to get exactly what you want. I may get some ink of my own and do a little work on it with my air brush. I do recommend this one if you want a splash of color for your portraits.
